We love the fridge! Came in perfect condition. They delivered it straight into the house and placed it right where I needed. It was packed well with Styrofoam and moving pieces securely taped down.

This is a beautiful refrigerator, but after 7 mos, the Ice Maker broke. Been waiting 2 mos for repair. I understand things are slow and not complaining about the long service, but at $3,300 for a Refrigerator, a broken ice maker should not happen. This unit is made "overseas" and not in the USA or Europe. Take note of where it is made.

Bought this Bosch from my local appliance dealer. We chose it because of the terrific features and because of Bosch's reputation. Their dishwasher has been a flawless performer for us. Fell in love with the refrigerator, but on day 365 the refrigerator compartment temp reached 70 degrees. Called our appliance dealer the next day, day 366. They said we were out of warranty and referred us to Bosch. Like everything else these days, can't get anyone on the phone. After 45 minute wait on hold, finally got someone who ended up hanging up on us. Accidental? Maybe. If you want the perfect refrigerator and you need it for only one year, this is the one for you. If you need it longer than that, I'd recommend staying away. Update: Bosch elected to cover the replacement of the controller board despite being one day out of warranty (Kudos to them for taking care of the customer). Since then (a few years now) the performance has been flawless, so changed review from one to four stars.

This freezer broke 2 months in... alarms beeping, poor customer service through Bosch... taking weeks to get parts let alone a repair!
