I’ve had this hot box for a year - it works amazing!! It hold 1/2 and full pans- I can cook all my food ahead of time and relax and enjoy the event - this box has held my food to temp for 5 hours - and the food was still HOT- I haven’t tried it to keep food cold - but it seems like it would do well

We got this food pan carrier for our family reunion on holidays. It’s a large, well made catering insulated box that is good for either family or business events. We loaded up with food like noodles, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies..etc. surprisingly,this carrier can keep them hot for over 4 hours. I believe it will do a good job for catering and delivery especially in cold weather. Cleanup doesn’t take much time as well, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and it seems very much worth it.

My first order was for a warmer (holding baked beans, ribs, fish, etc). It works great keeping items hot. Then I ordered one for cupcakes to keep my frosting from melting. I put a pan of frozen water in the bottom. It stayed frozen for 10 hours. Wonderful product. Easy to clean, good price point. Easy to move around.

I used this for a weekend catering party I had. Kept the food perfectly hot for the 4 hours I had it in there. Definitely a good investment if you rest meat or need to keep it warm for parties.

So this was purchased for my son's wedding. We were cooking the food off site since the venue did not have a kitchen. First off, shipping was fast when buying. I know that is different for everyone, Amazon said 7 days, but we got shipping notification the next day and fedex got it from Pennsylvania to Missouri in 3. We had placed a pot of steaming hot water closed up in the box for a hour or so before just to temper the box at a higher temp than room temp, just something we thought of. Food came out of the oven at 230 in the afternoon, covered in foil and in the box. Regular metal chafing pans were a perfect fit. It can fit shallow or deep. Box was driven to the venue and left sealed until 630. We pulled one pan at a time as it was needed and when the foil came off, food was steaming! The box was opened and shut about 5 times throughout the evening. We didn't touch a few of the pans (over estimated) and they were sealed in the box for the rest of the evening after the food service was over. We were exhausted and left them sealed in the box in the back of the truck overnight. 1030 the next morning we turned to on cleaning up and opened the box. As we scraped the pans, there was still heat coming off the food. I grabbed my infrared temp gun... Food was still 125 degrees! Obviously it's not meant to hold food over 20 hours, but it's a testiment as to how well it works. I was worried that the time from the oven to time to serve was going to ruin the wedding dinner. Food had dried out just a little, but it was the food type, not the boxes fault. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a way to keep food hot without electricity or flames.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I love it. I saw a cater using it and I knew this was what I needed to keep food hot or cold during events.

This warmer could be used for commercial use but I use it at home. When smoking a brisket - when it's ready , I place it in the warmer and it stays warm for 5-6 hours. When your oven is too small to keep everything warm for a large party, this warmer is the perfect solution.

Latches break easily. No replacement parts available. 2 of 3 of my boxes no longer function. Doors will not close

2 of them are the perfect size for my trunk in a 2009 Tuscon. I can serve 35-55 depending on what I'm putting in. Great size for 1 person to move, and keeps food super hot! Perfect for my small catering company. Highly recommend.
