This helps since I’m not as active and age is slowing my metabolism. I took this for about 3 weeks and this has definitely boosted my metabolism. Also noticing my body slowly slimming down. Feeling overall healthy on the inside so thats a plus. Was a little concerned about stomaches and bloating when I read about other brands but nope! None at all. It’s a little on the pricey side but the high quality ingredients justifies the cost versus buying these individually. Seal on the bottle was attached securely and lots of capsules! I slowly started with 1 then 2 then finally 3 a day. Which is nice because the supply will last little more than a month. I definitely recommend!

I have found this to be a great alternative to metformin for about a year now. This company sells the modified version of regular Berberine, which works much better. And they add in some other common “blood sugar” supplements. Recently my progress slowed, and it turns out that the quantity per serving of the the modifier Berberine has been cut from 600mg to 400mg! In the photo you can see on the lower right that the newer bottle shows lower mg/serving. On the Nutrition Facts they actually moved the bernerine content from the top to lower in the ingredients list just to hide this change. It’s very shady. So now to get the same effect I have to take five pills per day instead of three. I am very disappointed at how this company changed the formulation without making it a different product or sending out some sort of notice. Because of this change I have switched to a cheaper source also sold at Amazon. I wouldn’t trust this brand anymore after what they have done to this product. If you really like this combination, budget that you will need one and a half bottles per month to get the commonly recommended weight loss dose now. But consider that all of the ingredients in this formula are cheaper elsewhere, especially the “GlucoVantage” modified Berberine.

Was using another Dihydro Berberine supplement and averaging 105-110 on my daily home testing. Without changing diet or any other part of my routine, I thought I'd give Advance a try given it's other ingredients. Average shot up to 128, including a very bizarre 157! I'm back to the trusted single ingredient Dihydro which had better results with half the mg dosage. Also, Synergy recommends taking WITH a meal, rather than 15-30 minutes prior as most other Dihydro supps do. I wonder about the absorption at that point.

I was in the right place at the right time armed with general research reviews for each ingredient which makes up Advance Berberine Matrix. I was searching. When you seek, you shall find. Im new to pre- diabetes or metabolic sysdrome as an older adult. I dont take meds of any variety. I want to keep it that way. Yet, my body needed a high level of support. So far, I have tried dozens of formulas, this particular one works well for my body, it acts the same way everyday. I take one before most meals and have not experienced uncontrollable blood sugar spikes just normal peaks and valleys. I feel comforted knowing its a blend of nature.

I got this because I read that it works similarly to Metformin. I've noticed fewer cravings and 2lb weightloss but also some upset stomach. After I finish this bottle I will probably repurchase.
