So I’m in love.
It’s fuzzy (on the outside, almost all areas on the inside are a sleeker fleece, besides the neck) and comfortable, and fits great. I’m a short 5’1, 150lbs and I ordered a medium. The cut makes it look fitted, but there is room to spare, even around all of my curves. I honestly would have most likely been able to get away with ordering a small, but I don’t mind the extra room. It leaves it possible to layer for the really cold days, and not feel bunched up. The outside pockets are also fluzzy on the inside, so if you stick your hands in there it’ll be like a fuzzy, cozy blanket. The pockets, both outside (slightly angled and they zip up) and inside (hemmed straight across opening at the top, same location as outside pockets) are deep. I initially put it on in the house (68°F) and I definitely started building up body heat and got pretty toasty very quickly. I tested it outside several times, and didn’t feel any cold for the approximate seven minutes I was out there each time. It’s not our true winter temps right now, but it was late at night, with a feels like temp of 37°F (real temp 41°) with a calm 6mph wind. The next day I didn’t feel the mild 13mph wind either. I’ll likely feel some cold seep in with lower temps and higher winds if I wear this by itself as our winter progresses, but it’s already a lot warmer than my fleece columbia zip up which tides me over for mild winter temps in short duration.

Great fit and warm. Replaces hoodies and sweatshirts and adds more warmth. Good camping jacket!
Contrary to reviews I ordered my usual jacket size M. It fit perfect. I’m tall at 5’11” and around 145-150lbs with an athletic build. The jacket is cut fitted which means it’s tapered around the mid section, not a square cut. So if your trying to layer under it I’d go up a size. The arm lengths are great, usually all my jackets are a bit short for my long arms and this one is perfect. Nice tall collar to keep the cold off my neck. I’ll use this as a daily jacket and for camping to replace my REI fleece jacket that’s worn out. It’s not meant to be worn over a sweatshirt or sweater the way it’s cut makes it uncomfortable to wear anything bulky under it. Goes great over tees and baseball tees or long sleeve shirts. Super cozy, but not a coat it basically replaces a hoodie or sweatshirt and give you more warmth than those. Two outside pockets zip plus the inside hidden pocket is a bonus!

Warm, soft, easy fit, will be tough to keep clean
This fleece is excellent: light, warm as heck and fits loosely. I found it to be moderately windproof while hiking in the Uintahs. I docked a star because the fleece pile is a magnet for debris. I accidentally drug a sleeve in some leaf litter and rather than being able to brush it off the pile grabbed the leaves like tape and any attempt to brush the fabric off just made the leaves crumble further into the pile. For this price it will be easy to replace when it gets gross but it’s definitely more of a home/town jacket than one to wear camping or for heavier outdoor work.

Super soft and warm
Here's what I love about this jacket. When I zip it all the way up, it's not too loose or too snug, the fleece on the inside is soft and cozy as well, it fits over a tshirt and sweatshirt (I'm cold all the time), and I'm warmer all day. This is the second one I've bought because the first one is so warm and soft and comfy that I had it on basically all the time and needed another one for when number one is in the wash. I didn't want to love it so much because it's all polyester, but it's functional, it looks good, the print is awesome, even the pockets are fleecy and soft on the inside. After washing on delicate several times I notice a change in texture, but no change in warmth, still love it. I'm 5'5", about 120 lbs and I got a size small.

Soft and Cozy
I got this jacket in x small and the fit is good; wear size 2/4. The jacket is warm and cozy but not too heavy. The red/black buffalo plaid is very nice. It is a good quality jacket for the price. I have not washed it yet; so, can’t comment of that. I wil probably wash it in the gentle/cold cycle and low heat fluff dry.

Soft, warm and doesn’t lock in pet fur like some do
Very warm, stylish and comfortable. I bought 2 more after my 1st purchase price is reasonable for the thickness and quality. At the time I ordered, there were few colors available (probably because it’s just starting to get cold and there’s a lot of buyers) but I managed to get the colors that complement my wardrobe... black, gray and a burgundy (or whatever it’s called. It best out Costco! Their offering was thinner, had a hood (which I did not want) and the material looked smooth and similar to the polar fleece jacket I spent almost a hour picking hair out of - and it STILL looked bad! It’s going to a thrift store which will probably not sell it - even though it’s a North Face brand. It’s too hairy!

Softer than soft but very small for size!
This jacket is very soft and of good quality overall. The side pockets have zipper closures and are very soft inside. All zippers work smoothly. I ordered medium (my normal size in shirts and jackets). I am 5' 1" tall, 36B-sometimes 38B, currently weight 136-137 pounds, and carry excess weight in my stomach. The jacket fit me well in the shoulders and arms and the length was good, but the jacket was much too narrow to come anyway near to meeting in the middle to be zipped, or even to be acceptable as a jacket purposefully worn in an open position. I was very disappointed in the fit because I really, really liked this cute little jacket and the good price. The way this one fit I doubt even one size larger would have been sufficient to enable closure, and a size up would have been too long in the arms and too wide in the shoulder anyway. The medium jacket that I received would be a good buy for only a very slender person.

Super cozy
I love it. I love the maroon color. It’s very true to the photo. The inside is fleece and the outside is Sherpa. There is an annoying sewn in tag on the inside upper back that irritates me a bit when I wear a tank underneath my Sherpa. It is going to be perfect for my cold days (50°) it’s super cozy. I have not washed it yet so I’m not sure how it will do in the wash. I plan to wash inside out. But for the price it is a great deal and great quality. I definitely recommend this Sherpa!
