ARCAN 3-Ton Low Profile Steel Floor Jack with Bypass and Overload Safety Valves, Wide Front Wheels, High Carbon Steel Frame, Model A20003

It took me more than a few months before I finally decided and replaced the rotors and brake pads for my car and this was one of the last tool I invested. Some of the niceties -- 1. Low profile. 2. Dual piston pump, making it way eaiser than some of the cheap ones I borrowed from my buddies. 3. Heavy - the heavier the better. 4. Decent capacity of 6,000 lbs. This was shipped from one of the closer Amazon warehouses and this came in a surprisingly good condition (nothing busted, nothing broken). One option I am considering is an universal fit floor jack pad to supplement. This could not raise the car high enough from its front jacking point to put 3-ton jackstands on the side rail.

This is pretty much the same as the harbor freight daytona jacks, probably same factory same country.. BUT they seem to be pick of the litter. The wheels are abit thicker, the handle is abit thicker, the side walls on the frame are heavier guage and the paint is smoother (not important but...). The jack pumps very smooth and lifts fast under load, zero complaints. It's a jack nothing more nothing less, its not a super nice expensive instant one pump racing jack or a lightweight aluminum long neck but it is heavy duty, smooth, actually lifted much more than its rated, i lifted around 7000~ish lbs with it (not recommended but i had no choice) and I had zero doubt in its ability to continue doing its job after that and it has.

This jack is just great! I bought this jack to replace an old jack that failed (not the same manufacturer). it's low enough to fit under my vintage Porsche 911 and the load rating gives me peace of mind. It does not lift quite high enough for an SUV, but for most any car (even lowered vehicles) it's great. Solid construction, not super heavy. Easy to move around. LONG bar to make jacking easy. Looks cool too. HIGHLY recommend!

In terms of quality, this is a very good product. It is powerful, low to the ground so it fits under most cars - except it doesn’t fit under my very low sports car BMW Z4. The only downside is that it is very heavy. I move and store it on the wheels. It is maneuverable. The lift has no problem lifting my other, large cars and SUV and the lever is smooth. The handle is long and can reach far under a vehicle for more centrally located jacking points.

Works very well for my lowered VW. This jack is made of steel and super heavy. The jack pad is cheap so expect to get a replacement after a few use. I would pay another 50$ to get the aluminum one but this one has better lifting range.

I've got 2 vehicles & when I need to get under them this jack works perfectly. For the price I'm beyond happy. My mechanic neighbor bought one after we were out fixing my car & he saw/used this jack. Definitely highly recommend this for anyone who does their own work on their vehicles.

Looks great parked next to his red brother. I have the same model in red. I wanted a second to lift 1/2 of a car w/o having to futz with figuring out where to put jackstands when there's only one lift point per corner. Now I can lift front, side, or rear and easily place jackstands for safety.

Double cylinders make pumping easy and precise. Never had a problem lifting 1-ton trucks at the differential. Rolls well and has low clearance to lift everything low to the grow.

A bit on the heavy side, but that shows that it is strong. Lifted up the whole side of my car (unintentional). Lowering it down was super easy, no rapid drop like some. Very controlled lowering.
