I received a bad batch and after troubleshooting without success I was able to contact their customer service! The help email was prompt with their reply and I was able to get a replacement which works as intended. My face feels rejuvenated, and I also use the comb glass to help with my dandruff and killing bacteria on my scalp. I recommend, hopefully it last a year or longer.

I purchased this for my daughter to help reduce her acne. She says this works better than pimple patches and chemicals. She uses it nightly, and her skin has cleared without too much dryness. It is painless! It came packaged well, is light, and we stuffed it in her suitcase; it survived the airport handling! In the long run, it's cheaper than purchasing loads of skincare products.

The cable began to come apart months after purchase. I have to play with it for it to work and I had to put tape all around the cable and now it only works for minutes at a time. I do not recommend.

When I get facials, the esthetician uses a high frequency device to zap my acne, but this is only about once a month. The spot attachment on this device allows me to treat my acne whenever needed at home. It is very easy to use and I see immediate results.

This was cheaper than any other similar products selling for hundreds of $. I use it about 5 min a day on my scalp, combined with my hair vitamins and my hair health is better than it ever was. You need to be consistent.

Wow, so having gone for bi-weekly facials and being recommended to buy this and use myself instead of spending $150+ I am SOOO glad I did. Been using it every-other-day. I do the “spot taps” on pimples and little bumps on my face, and then moving it over my whole face and have noticed a significant improvement in reducing pimples and the overall texture and look of my skin.
