I'm completely happy!
100% satisfied with my purchase. I'm completely happy to have added an additional printer to my office. I previously had purchased this same printer years ago and knew it to be a great printer, so I just added an additional one to my office. Thank you!

Decent Used Printer
This printer was listed as "renewed", and I quickly learned "renewed" is NOT "refurbished". While the printer works and prints great, the plastic casing showed definite signs of wear, including scratches and bent plastic. Upon opening the box, a thin metal retaining clip on the back of the machine that helps hold the pass-through door closed was bent and would not allow the door to close. I was able to bend the retaining clip back in place, but it is on the verge of breaking now. It shouldn't be a problem as we don't use the pass-through door anyway. Overall, the printer is satisfactory considering the price I paid for it. But please be aware that renewed is not refurbished. No one would "mistake" this renewed printer as new.

only had this unit about 6 weeks so far it has performed as expected. Sometimes it will make a small fold on one corner of paper or will wrinkle a sheet but for the price I am very satisfied

Excellent print quality!
Print quality is outstanding - excellent! However, this machine is so noisy and the memory storage part is so small, it handles small jobs really well and larger ones take forever! This is suppose to run about 40 ppm - not so. The best I have gotten so far is around 26-28 ppm. Pretty slow for a tax office. Only time will tell whether this turns out to be a great buy or not.
