Great tablets have only had them for 2 weeks snd my joints feel slightly less painful

Excellent product large capsules but they seem to take effect after about 2 weeks. I have bee taking 2 a day dose for 9 months and am walking much straighter and further without the penetrating pain from previous.

Let's start with the star rating I gave it 4 stars because, quite honestly, I don't know what 5 stars would look like. Let me explain that. So I'm a male of a certain age, that age being 57. I have the usual aches and pains that come along with being that age. But on top of that, I have a very physically demanding job. So I was looking for something that would, well, basically take some of those aches and pains away, if that's at all possible. Something that didn't include paracetamol or ibuprofen. Like most people, I did my checking on Amazon and checked out the reviews of other people. But again, with anything like this, it's personal, and it either works or it doesn't work for the individual. I've probably been taking these now for what a couple of years maybe. I can honestly say that I do think they work for the purpose that I bought them for anyway. In addition to the daily aches and pains that I used to get I also had Aches and pains in my legs at night, more specifically part way through the night. I could wake up in quite a lot of discomfort, shall we say, with my legs. I think some people call it restless leg syndrome, but I've not really looked into the specifics of it. I'm not going to tag it with that name, but all I know is it was very uncomfortable and it was causing problems with my sleep and continued sleep. So is it the placebo effect? Well, I don't think so. I have on more than one occasion had my subscription or my flow of tablets run out. This wasn't deliberate; it was like an oversight. In fact, I don't even think I was on subscribe. So, basically, it was down to me to order them or not order them, and I let my supply run out. I genuinely didn't even think about it. I thought, "I'll get round to getting some more. It's not a problem." But in the meantime, I noticed a lot of my aches and pains, and more particularly the aches and pains in my legs at night, come back. And I didn't even associate it with the tablets. Or should I say the lack of tablets? Then the penny dropped, and I thought I need to order some more of these and see if these aches and pains go away again. And sure enough, once I'd reordered them, started taking them after a week or so, I was back to where I was with the much better sleep and the less issues with my legs and joined the day with my aches and pains. It also has the added benefit of having vitamin C and turmeric. Now, whether all of these are part and parcel of the effect, the help that I'm getting with the aches and pains, I don't know whether they're just additional benefits elsewhere in your body. I really don't know. Full disclosure, I also do take a multivitamin tablet. I also take extra turmeric tablets. To be clear, I didn't start taking these until after I'd started taking the glucosamine. I just find that this combination helps me with the aches and pains, and I believe it also helps prevent or ward off colds and the like. So, why didn't I give it 5 stars going back to the beginning of this? Well, quite simply, if it gave me absolutely no aches and pains after taking them, and I was fighting fit all the time, then yeah, sure, it gets 5 stars. Do I think they work for me? Yes, I do. Do I think they are a magic cure-all pill? No, obviously not. Would I recommend, well, yes, I'd recommend you give them a try and then try them out for yourself.

Product is quite easy to swallow, but still fairly large, it was well sealed and fresh. I think continuous use for minimum of 3 months is necessary before any improvement is felt, so am unable to say if it is effective yet. But on the whole it appears to ve very well made. Happy with the price 😊

So far so good seems to work a little better than other brands I've tried... less pain in knee joints and feet....

These supplements really work, I used to have painful joints in my fingers and since taking these the pain has gone and they are good value for money for the amount you get.

In precedenza acquistavo l'Osteo bi-flex, un ottimo prodotto che aiuta il buon funzionamento delle articolazioni. Dai miei primi acquisti a quasi 50€ a confezione siamo arrivati a quasi 60€, ma data la bontà e l'efficacia del prodotto mi dicevo che in effetti ne valesse la pena. Ultimamente il prezzo è salito ad oltre 85€, onestamente non so se un aumento del genere possa ritenersi giustificato o possa essere una mera speculazione dovuta agli accadimenti internazionali ma a mio avviso, non è un prezzo accettabile, almeno per le mie finanze. Ho cercato quindi delle alternative facendo un po' di ricerche sul WEB e leggendo anche i pareri dei clienti su Amazon. Di conseguenza ho acquistato una confezione di questo integratore della Nutravita e dopo quasi 2 mesi di assunzione, sia mia che della mia compagna, seguendo le dosi consigliate, posso dire che è efficace almeno quanto l'Osteo bi-flex. Non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di effetto collaterale, la sensazione di scorrevolezza delle articolazioni è ottima. Sono un runner che percorre circa 50km a settimana, senza contare che il beneficio si riflette su tutte le articolazioni del corpo ne più ne meno. come accadeva con il precedente prodotto. Ultimo ma non ultimo il prezzo del prodotto Nutravita, meno di 22€ per 180 capsule, un prezzo imparagonabile all'Osteo bi-flex anche quando era a più buon mercato mesi fa. A parità di risultato il rapporto qualità - prezzo è assolutamente a favore del prodotto Nutravita. Gli ingredienti sono praticamente gli stessi con dosaggi più o meno equivalenti, anche in questo caso alcuni principi attivi provengono dai gusci dei crostacei. Esattamente come per l'Osteo bi-flex è necessario non essere allergici ai crostacei. A parte questa peculiarità, comune a tutti questo genere di integratori, è assolutamente consigliato

Lo compre para mi abuelita es su segundo tarro, le ha funcionado mucho antes no podía mover casi su brazo del dolor ya que tiene artrosis y después de empezar a tomar esta vitamina pudo recuperar notablemente la funcionalidad de su brazo, es muy efectivo. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.
