Excellent!
The most dynamic, responsive octave up fuzz I have ever played. Great note bloom and sustain. This one doesn't choke your notes off like some lesser octave fuzzes. Depending upon where the knobs are set on both the pedal as well as the volume knob and pickup selection on your guitar this one does everything from singing octavia style leads to thick, grungy, doomy, superfuzz/fz-2 hyperfuzz type power chord riffing to to steel drum type sounds. Highly recommended.

Does not play well with multiple notes
The sustain on this pedal is frankly disgusting. I have a beater guitar that can barely finish out a measure sometimes, but with this baby I can hold a note for a full minute. Set your tone to 0, switch to neck and palm mute out that chiptune solo you've always wanted! The tone on this pedal is finicky - play even the ghost of two notes at a time and listen to the fuzz implode into static noise. SOMETIMES you can get 2-note power chords to sound alright. But if you can play lead, this is a great pedal with a unique sound. Durable, well made, and with its own noise gate system inside, so it's quiet as a mouse unless you want to play something.

Total Trash and Poor Sound and Quality Control
High pitch sound comes from the pedal regardless of what guitar you plug in. Terrible sound regardless of what settings you use. Not a fuzz pedal but a garbled faint sitar like sound. I am returning it.

Unfortunate
Has a nonstop ringing, and makes some chords sound really bad. It sounds sometimes but rarely.

Amazing fuzz/octave sounds!
Just got this pedal for Christmas and I am really impressed with the grittiness of the fuzz and the extra bite you get from the octave sound. Together it gives you that awesome Hendrix lead sound with plenty of sustain while remaining clean and articulate. Very sensitive to dynamics and volume and it sounds amazing with a wah. These guys make some great stuff definitely check them out.

I have owned many fuzz pedals over the years, this is one that I will never part with. Catalinbread are a one of a kind company, with products for those who are genuinely interested in something different.
