Very good. It’s a lot easier than separating egg yolks for making a slightly lighter omelette. It blends nicely with a scoop of low carb protein powder- add 2 full eggs and cook into a tasty pancake (cookies n cream protein works- add a dash of sugar free maple syrup 😋)

I used this item to make bread it clumped when I added it to egg white but I will try again. there didn't seem to be any flavour we still ate the bread
