Great scanner. I paired mine with Auto Authority subscription for full Mercedes coding. This Maxi also amazing access to hidden features that you can turn on and off for customers. Its wifi range is very far and the VCI bluetooth works fast to connect.

I highly recommend this product. I have saved thousands of dollars for myself and my family by using this tool to diagnose multiple vehicles and properly repair them without the use of a high dollar mechanic. I shopped around for a long time to wait for the right diagnostic tool to come by, and this is the one that I chose. I do not regret it at all. A few of my friends have also bought this same tool to use in their small scale business and it has worked like a champ for them with no issues.

This tool is very powerful and it has a great workflow to it. I have just barely scratched the surface of what it can do but I look forward to helping my friends and family out with their car related issues. I can bleed ABS systems, code batteries, etc. About Autel's customer service: I reached out to them after paying $929 for the bundle I bought and the next day it dropped down to $798.65. They responded to my inquiry the next day and immediately credited back the difference. I cannot think but this is the way business should be run and as such, they have earned referrals from me for their products moving forward. No question, that kind of support is hard to come by and I thank them very much for tending to this even though they did not have to. That is character if you ask me.

This is a great tool, a must have for vehicles these days. Learning to use the tool more in depth. Case is sturdy, device seems sturdy also. Must update the device before use on a vehicle.

A great diagnostic tool for DIY and professional mechanics. Lots of access to different functions, reprograms, and an easy-to-use live data interface. A great plus is the complimentary borescope included with the carrying case, which includes compartments for extra accessories of your choice. The bluetooth OBD2 is a very necessary upgrade for easy use while reading live data during test drives.

This was purchased to find what parking assist sensor was faulty on a Honda Odyssey. It identified the sensor and accurately identified the location. The part was ordered online and after installation and initializing the parking assist module, the fault was cleared. No dealer assistance was needed. This scanner is easy to use and functioned as intended. The Bluetooth adaptor has no issues connecting to the scanner.

I bought this scanner to work on my personal vehicles and I tried to use it the other day and the scanner Autel sent me is not a completed scanner, I have a 2022 GMC SIERRA with a 2.7 turbo engine and when I connected the VCI it does not populate my engine, so I called Autel to find out if they can fix it and I get a returned call from the it dept informing me that I have to pay for AUTELS SCREW UP AND SUBSCRIBE TO A NEW SUBSCRIPTION GOR 750 dollars for them to fix my scanner, I will never spend my money on AUTEL PRODUCTS AGAIN AND I AM A FULL TIME MECHANIC AND THEY DONE ME WRONG. Don’t TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND FONT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEED OF THE EQUIPMENT!!!!

Best tool for the money saves hundreds on mechanics

I have a fleet of trucks, mostly Ram 5500 ranging from 2013-2024 and various other trucks such as Ford F-550 from 2015-2024 and GMC/Chevy 3500 from 2018-2024). I was able to connect to all of our trucks. I was previously using MS908CV but the yearly subscrition was costing about $1000 and decided to just purchase this unit for basically the same price. The only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 star is because of Autel's greed for making customers having to have an active subscription to able to connect to some vehicles and I really hate the layout of live data as you have to scroll down relentlessly to find what you are looking for.
