It's winter. Sundown is 5pm. I like to walk my pup several times/day. These make it easy. This past Sunday I arrived home from grocery shopping and realized my right hearing aid wasnt in my ear. I grabbed my headlight and returned to the supermarket parking lot. Sure enough, after a 15 minute search in a very parking, there it was. I also use these for outside chores, Taking the trash out. Looking for tools in my garage, doing laundry in my poorly lit basement I'm grateful I found these. They are incredibly bright, comfortable and last a long time between charges. I use this headlamp to walk/hike my dog early in the mornings and late in the evenings. This headlamp is light weight and durable and super bright. This helps me see if any bears or other critters are hiding in the dark around me and I haven’t had a run into any since I started using it. I only charge it around every 10 days which is great so I don’t have to remember to plug it in all the time since I use it everyday. It is also the brightest headlamp on all my camping trips. My favorite piece of new equipment that I bought this year.

My running coach suggested this running light. I trail run and needed a not heavy headlight, strong light with a strong battery life. This light worked great and I am not disappointed at all. The weight of it is awesome and is not awkward. The 2 pictured above are from running between 2:30 and 4 am in Central Florida. I also have used it running at night and in early morning. I would definitely purchase this again.

This headlamp is absolutely AMAZING! I bought it to do house construction as it's hard to see what I'm doing a lot of time in dimly lit rooms. The battery life is phenomenal and the brightness is also great! I use is for hours on end and no need to charge. I love this headlamp and so glad I splurged! I had an cheap $20 headlamp before and it only lasted an hour and would get extremely dim and would have to change the batteries constantly. So bottom line, buy this one!

This headlamp is too heavy for running. To keep it from flopping, I really have to tighten the strap. While running, I'm always conscious of the fact that a big heavy object is on my forehead, and this takes away from my enjoyment of the run. The strap-tightening system isn't very secure. On long runs, it gradually comes loose, and I have to stop to tighten it. One nice feature is the auto-brightness adjustment. When I go into dark areas, such as under bridges, it brightens. That's a nice way to save battery, and it reduces the need to make manual adjustments while running.

We use this headlamp every night when taking our dog”Buddy” for his bedtime walk. He is a guard type dog, and can be reactive to some dogs. This gives us the ability to show others where we are, and allow us to keep our distance from them.

Love this. 3rd pair now so I can have them in multiple locations because they are so darn handy. Reliable and bright.

I used petzl led headlights from the begging in 00. I had my first Tikka in 2002. Than I had Tikka+, Tikka xp, duo and arctic core. And now, finally, this swift. Tikka+, xp and core worked more then 10 yeas each, and was very reliable. Tikka xp was stolen after 15 yeas use and was in perfect condition. Arctic core was new in 2012 and still in use. In a past I'm a speleologist. I practically lived underground. For my headlight is the most important thing. I was a petzl fan all my life. But now I'm disappointed. I payed 120 before tax for... What? For a charging connector that falls into disrepair after a year? For the switch that doesn't know how to turn off the flashlight with one click and I always miss? For a belt that turned into a rag a year later? Petzl, what's going on??? Maybe I need to go to aliexpress to buy $10 headlight to have something better? What's about warranty? Amazon gives only 3 months instead of 3 yeas that was before.

Great headlamp. It's my go to for anything needing some extra light.
