Excellent Key & Fill Lights for Youtube Videos / Twitch Streaming
I am extremely new to this world, so this review is coming from the perspective of a Video Photography Newbie. I first spent only $50 on a set of 2 "EMart LED" Lights for the purpose of lighting up myself for Youtube Video's that I am working on, and then also using them for lighting up myself for streaming on Twitch with Friends. They were HORRIBLE. They were lights, so you could at least see me on my brand new A7SII Camera, but they were incredibly harsh, and a crap diffusion layer that really didn't diffuse them at all, and on top of that because the diameter of the lights were so small, in order to get the shot bright enough to lower ISO to a reasonable level, they had to be at almost 100% which meant that for the Streaming Content I had trouble keeping my eyes open because of the harsh blaring light in my eyes. On top of that because of the harsh light, my shot was very unevenly lit, and just did not look great. They do however make decent Rim lights, If they didn't flicker all the time. So it was obvious to me after a day of shooting with those cheap lights, that I needed to find something better. The Elgato Key Light was what I really wanted as you can completely control that from the PC, which for me is perfect. However $230 Per Light when I needed 2, was just not something I was willing to pay when I had already dropped $4500 On Camera's and Lenses. So I did some more digging, this time actually looking at reviews instead of just assuming an LED Light is an LED Light, and I came across these Dazzne D50's. These things are amazing. You find multiple pretty well respected Youtubers praising them, and for what I needed them for, which is again lighting myself and for lighting products for Review, these are the perfect light. They are very evenly diffused, the 15Inch Diameter makes them a great size to light anything I intend to shoot, and even though I can't natively control these from my Phone or PC, it does come with a nifty little remote, that does an excellent job of getting me buy. Of course you don't want to use the included remote to turn these off or on, because they remain powered when you turn them off with the remote (It just dims the lights to 0%), but I have plenty of Smart Plugs, So I just plugged both of my lights into their own smart plug, which I can then turn both on and off independently on my smart phone or PC, which is working great for me. Also because they do have the remote interface this means it is possible to develop a PC/Phone App to send commands to the Lights, which is something I am working on right now. I have successfully mapped Dimming and Brightening the Lights already, its just a lot of work so it will take me sometime before I will be able to reliably control every single setting from my Phone and PC. But the fact that we even can makes these even a better value. The Only Somewhat Major Drawback I can find to these lights is that they do not have threading on all 4 sides of the light so that you can mount it how you want it on your own stands. They actually screw there mounting arm directly to the lights, so you can't even take off the included plastic mount and swap it out for your own without 3d Printing Your own custom design, which is definitely a negative. However, even though the included mount is plastic, it does seem to work pretty well, and I had no problem using the included Mount to Mount the 2nd Light to a Normal Heavy Duty 8 Foot Stand. So at least it is possible. Everything else about this light though is awesome, and especially for those of you first getting into Youtube and Twitch Content Creation, I highly recommend these as your first lights. You can save yourself a lot of money verse the higher end professional options, and even save money from the Elgato competitor to these, and still get the same exact quality of shot that you would get with those more expensive lights. For that reason I am definitely giving this Product 5 out of 5 Stars. Great First Set of Lights!

Not Quite Perfect, but GREAT for the Price!
I recently bought these for my wife so I could take back my larger photography lights. She streams games online and we share a small office, so space is always at a premium. I had looked into the new Elgato key lights, which have a very similar design, but I simply couldn't justify the hefty price. These Dazzne lights fulfill our need for bright, attractive, and fully adjustable lighting in a very compact format at a price that simply can't be beat! Functionally, the lights are very good and they are the perfect size for streaming and making video content...neither too big nor too small! They are very bright and have a super-wide color range that goes from a warm orange tone to a bright, pure white. We keep them set below 15% brightness for my wife's video streams and they are plenty bright at distances of 4-5 feet with tons of brightness on reserve. At full brightness, they easily light up a small room. The 6500K color temperature setting is very close to actual daylight and the "soft light" effect is very good, especially for having no external diffusion layer or material. The lights accept external batteries, so they can be used anywhere, but they do not come with any sort of carrying case, which limits the convenience somewhat. Of course, on-the-go portability is not the key purpose of this particular set. The wireless remote feels a bit cheap, but covers all the necessary functions. It allows you to easily control one or both lights at once, depending on how you set up the channels on each light. However, adjustment with the remote has been rather finicky in my experience. Using the adjustment wheel to control color temp or brightness, it is common for one light to adjust (or not adjust) moreso than the other. I find rolling the wheel back and forth slightly once you're near the setting you desire will usually get the lights matched up perfectly. On the plus side, turning the lights on/off from the remote saves their settings so they are ready to go the next time you turn them on. While these lights do work well for their intended purpose, it is clear from their construction that they are built to a lower price point than something like the Elgato key lights. The plastic knobs on the Dazzne set are difficult to turn and overall fit and finish of the lights really isn't the best, though it should be durable enough for light duty use. Also, one of the lights doesn't sit perfectly level once it's clamped on the support tube, which doesn't affect its function, but looks rather odd in person. Similarly, the desktop clamp assemblies use very thin-walled tubing and the plastic pads on the bottom clamping screws were heavily angled on both of the mounts I received, so it took a bit of wiggling the mount while tightening the screw to get a firm grip on the flat desktop surface. All in all, I give these lights a 7/10 for build quality, an 8/10 for performance and a 10/10 for overall value. At this point in time, these are easily the best flat-panel, fully adjustable LED lights available for the price and their slim, portable design makes them very versatile. Highly recommended!

Great for working from home and remote conferencing
I bought these lights to use for illumination during remote sessions for work and family chats, and for taking music lessons at home. The fact that they can also be used for the photo studio is a bonus. Assembly was easy. I chose the C-clamp mounting version to avoid having one more tripod stand taking up floor space. Given that the C-clamp mount can extend up to around 2 feet, I placed the mount behind one of my computer monitors for front lighting at about a 20 degree angle, so I don't have to look directly into the light all of the time. Since all of the operations of the light can be handled via the back panel, the remote is unnecessary but useful. There is a note to remove the battery if the remote will not be used for a long period of time. I have not noted a significant drain in power on the coin cell battery over a 3 month period, and choose not to take it out so as to keep the settings in the remote from resetting - a minor nuisance. The advantage of the remote is that you can operate more than one light on the same channel, or you can control different lights using different channels. The lights are bright enough that I usually run one for conference meetings at 6200-6300K color setting at about 8-10% illumination. The color range is amazing, ranging from 3000-8000K. I have also noticed that it brightens my mood as well as my work area. I have not tried to track down compatible batteries for the units to run unplugged, so I can't advice on that. I will update this review if and when that need arises. My advice - these are very nice lights and I can strongly recommend them.

Very bright lights, I'm using to light up a green screen wall. Adjustable flaps are nice to bounce light off multiple walls.

I stream on twitch and people in the chat comments saying how better the quality of the camera was with a bit more light. During the day I have them on at about 10-15% just to add a little more 'natural' light to my dark computer corner which helps with eye strain. Both Lights worked out of the box with no complications and I am very impressed. Everyone I show is also very impressed. It was also a real surprise that the lights came two weeks early so excellent company to purchase from. 1st pic: Yellow light 2nd: white light 3rd: remote 4th: off

It's not a bad light for people on a budget. They really need to put directions in the box for people with learning disabilities though.
