I love this blend of peppercorns. It is so aromatic when ground fresh and tastes as well as looks really good on food. I found this blend to be of great quality. We go thru so much pepper that these containers make it super convenient not only to refill the mill but to visually keep tabs on how much is left. I think Soeos brand has a pretty balanced blend of peppercorns with good consistency between orders. I've had other brands where it was mostly black with little white, red, pink and green

Whole black pepper is the only way to go. It grinds great and tastes fresh everytime. I never even buy already ground black pepper because this is the way to go. It is organic, kosher and non-gmo so everyone can use to spice up their cooking.

Very good flavor! I like mixing the standard pepper with white organic for richer taste in foods. This is a quality product!

Quality peppercorns at a great price.

I needed a solids funnel to get this into my normal-sized jar that I’m refilling. These are just as flavorful as the originals; YUM!

Soeos Whole Black Pepper, 9.5 Ounce arrived nicely sealed. One negative on flipping up the one side of the cap is that the holes are too small for 99% of the peppercorns to come out, rendering it useless. Most of the peppercorns are of equal size and appearance. Now this pepper has a wonderful aroma which tells me that it is fresh and has not gone stale. I popped one in my mouth and after a couple of minutes I bit into it and BAMMM! What a punch in the mouth! NOT in a bad way, this was the most peppery pepper I've ever bought! The non GMO and Kosher peppercorns are good quality and work well in a pepper grinder from very fine to coarse I can truly say that I respect the peppercorns from Vietnam!

I often use cracked pepper in many ways that others don’t. I like it on salads of course but also on fresh juicy apples, cheese and even artisan bread with olive oil. So after my grinder broke I decided to get an electric grinder on Amazon and also decided to get a tad sassy and bought this rainbow blend of peppercorns consisting of black, green, white and pink, thinking it might be a fun thing to try. It was much more than “fun!” It was an unexpected pleasurable experience that I’ll be sticking with for the rest of my pepper eating days. The pepper was very fresh, but surprisingly mellow and sweet at the same time. The flavor is very pleasantly floral and without that harsh pungency although pepper flavor definitions scents through in the most pleasurable way. The flavor is a delicious and interesting fruity taste that prompted me to use it in tonight’s dinner of crispy cabbage salad and a medium rare rib eye grilled steak. Later I’m putting it on some potato salad and cut apple slices for a snack. It is out of this world good. I’m glad I bought 2 jars if it and thinking the second jar (which was supposed to be for my nephew) is staying right on my cool, dark shelf in my own kitchen. It’s THAT GOOD. I’m also going to use it on a flake mode (this grinder kind of shaves the peppercorn at the same time it grinds it) and I get some longer, thin shavings of pepper for our Brie en croute at our next family potluck. My niece makes a killer baked Brie with apricot jam and also one with cranberries. I predict this peppercorn blend will go well with the apricot jam Brie the best. Can’t wait for a great Caesar salad next! And I’ll not only be buying this brand again but introducing it to my family as well. Money on a tiny perk that we can all enjoy in these days where quality has to matter since some tiny pleasures in life are more than hard to come by. It’s very pretty in the window of my pepper grinder but what’s important is of course, the flavor! Buy it!
