I bought this because I read that it would help with my IBS symptoms. Well... turns out it helps quite a bit with reflux and indigestion too. My husband has been using it more than me. When he needs it after eating out at a restaurant or eating too much Italian food this stuff works like a charm. Usually the acid indigestion would keep my husband up at night but all he does now is take a tbsp of this and magically everything starts shifting back to normal for both of us. I am ordering more now because we are almost out. If you have indigestion, reflux or just an upset stomach I would recommend this product (it is good for other things too but our experience is on the benefits of digestion). It tastes pretty bad but the taste goes away quickly if you rinse your mouth out with some water/or juice after your dose (which I also dilute a bit with water to make it easier to take). Don't let the taste detour you from ordering this because it does work. My husband was sold after the first time he used it for his horrible indigestion one night (because nothing else he was taking would work).

I had low pancreatic and small intestine brush boarder enzymes, medically known as EPI and Disacchridase Deficiencies. This means my digestion does a poor job of breaking down proteins, fats, and complex carbohydrates. I swallow 1 tsp of Flora Digestive Bitters before each meal. This really helps improve my digestion and greatly improves my regularity. This product has done a better job of improving my digestion and constitution than prescription digestive enzymes. I highly recommend trying this product if you need a boost to your digestive process. It may initially taste bad, but it becomes an acquired taste, and I have developed a favorable association with the bitter taste because it has help me feel so much better.

I bought this stuff after a friend at the gym suggested it. My reason for buying it was it would help with bloating when trying to gain weight. I compete in powerlifting and gaining weight is a big part of it. This stuff works incredibly. I can eat more and not feel bloated and I only take it twice a day. Also my heartburn is much improved as well as my general stomach issues. I really recommend this for people trying to gain and people with general stomach issues. Give it a try, the taste is very bitter but it WORKS!!!

Sad that my bitter arrived in this state. Looks like the lid came unscrewed. I love this product. Not returnable though, so apparently I'm SOL.

I love this product because it’s necessary for my condition (SIBO). It tastes horrible but that’s expected. I love that it’s alcohol free.

This stuff is awesome for digestive issues. I take a swig before I eat and I have had very little acid reflux problems. I can't believe that something THIS simple actually helped me so much. Way more than any medication!!!

When I was told what bitters were, I assumed they'd be more tart than bitter. I tried a 5mL amount last night. I was very gassy from taking an Omega-3 pill and was hoping it would help. My husband also took one, just to try the taste out. I smelled it first. It smelled good, but not like "I want to drink this good", more like "this would be a good air freshener scent" good... My husband drank it first. He drank a bit of apple cider vinegar the other day and said the ACV was worse. I drank the bitters, and almost legitimately threw up. To me, it was worse than the ACV (I had also had some a few days earlier). It was very triggering for me personally (I have trauma related to throwing up). In the end, we threw the bitters away. They didn't end up helping my gas either. I understand that bitters are BITTER. I was expecting something different though. Not so woody tasting.
