Still full flavor!
I expected when I looked at the lattice bag it was in that it might have lost flavor or be too dried out, but I was totally wrong. Good strong flavor, without too much bitterness. Tasted fantastic in my special 'Mexican' style spaghetti sauce. I'd give you the recipe, but this is a review...;)

Hit or miss - Mostly Miss
Update: Second time in a row that garlic was going bad. Slimy and smelly. Wouldn't order this again. Have had this delivered a few times. When you get a good batch, it’s great value for money - fresh and a large quantity for the price. On the flip side, the last few times have disappointing. A lot of them were spoilt or close to being spoilt- very yellow and lots of bruises. More disappointing that these are being selected for customers when it is so obviously bad.

I was used to buying garlic from other competitor (costco Christopher ranch) This garlic is fresh firm bright not yellowed and very flavorful. I recommend it!
