The Real Thing. A great read. Trinity Matthews is Thorn's sister-in-law and is in need of help. Her sister Tara asked Thorn if one of his cousins would help Trinity in Denver to keep her safe. One of Trinity's coworkers is harassing her at the hospital and she is tire of it. Adrian accepts the job. He decides to be her fake boyfriend and try to get Dr. Casey Belvedere off of Trinity. Adrian comes up with some ideas to prevent the doctor from bothering Trinity. Belvedere doesn't take the bait and continues to harass her until Adrian took over with his brothers helping in the background. Belvedere threaten to take funding from the hospital but found out that wouldn't work because the Westmoreland family has money as well and can step in and destroy the Belvedere's plan. He also came into trouble when other women came and accused him of harassment to them as well. So life changed for the doctor in a bad way, but changed for Adrian and Trinity in a good way because they found they were falling in love with each other. A great read!

In this corner we have Dr. Adrian Westmoreland with a PhD in engineering and in the other corner is Dr. Casey Belvedere with a MD in medicine - who will win with Dr. Trinity Matthews at the end.Dr. Belvedere wanted Trinity and he was not backing down until he got her. Since she was not willing to come to him, he decided to try and force her by harassing her into a sexual affair aka sexual harassment. Not so fast Doc B! To the rescue is a different kind of doctor that's handsome, charming and up for the fight is Dr. Adrian Westmoreland.Trinity enlisted the help of Adrian with her difficult situation at work by pretending to be her boyfriend to ward off unwanted advances from her superior Dr. Belvedere. Easy right? Not so much. It gets complicated and the plot thickens. In the mist of the pretending, Adrian hadn't counted on his own attraction to Trinity. It was taking over his thoughts and his agenda to find a way to protect and have her himself. He is now asking himself, "What could be worst than wanting a woman and not being able to have her?" Sounds familiar - Yep! Now both men are fighting to have the same woman, one the right way and the other, the wrong way. Read this book to find out who goes down for the count. Get ready for combat.By the way, this was a very entertaining and enjoyable read. I love it!!! I can't wait to read the next story about Aidan, it's going to be doubled the delight.

It is simply amazing how this author is able to connect her characters so well with the said story. This series has come along so very well and it still giving the readers a splendid read. In this series we find that it of Adrian Westmoreland and Trinity Matthews. What will happen when Adrian pretends to be Trinity's man. Now to get it all you must pick up the author's "The Real Thing" to see just what this pretending will produce for this couple. Be ready for a read of romance and a sexual harassment case that will turn .....well you will simply have to read it for yourself.I found this series a very enjoyable as well as entertaining that once you start reading you will have a hard time putting it down until the end. Now for us who love this author's series we will be waiting for her next series which involves Adrian's twin brother, Aiden. Would I recommend "The Real Thing?" YES!

Ms. Jackson is the real deal. This veteran author knows how to tell a love story. For years I've been reading Ms. Jackson's work and it never gets old for me. While the plot was predictable, I was still drawn to the story and held captive as the writing as always is flawless. The Westmoreland family really sticks together; I am a sucker for a tight knit family.Adrian and Trinity were just too adorable together. The character development was so well done it felt like Trinity and Adrian were friends of mine. I like that Adrian handled his business and stood up for Trinity. I especially enjoyed the conference room scene when it all comes to a head. Gotta love the Alpha men.I can't wait until we get Adian's story; I will be patiently waiting.

It was a quick read or audio since I listen to all my books! I was disappointed that the author focused too much on the sexual connection and less on then sexual harassment and family issues. Once I read the first sexual encounter, that was good enough. It was very descriptive and yes they connected sexually and I got it the first time. The following escapades were unnecessary in my opinion. A small descriptive would have sufficed. A missed opportunity to show the emotional trauma sexual harassment and/or bullying can have on an individual who is not confident to stand up to someone like Dr. Belevedere.

Adrian really took his job serious when he agreed to fake a relationship with Trinity so her supervisor at her job would stop trying to have sex with her. She really thought she could prove nothing was special about sex. I love me some Westmoreland's and I'm sure glade Adrian was willing to prove to her that not everyone fakes it. I thought this was great and just as steamy as the others. I really can't wait for Bane's story though. I also don't want him for fall for his ex, I'd rather see him move on with someone new. I don't like when they find someone with the families. It takes the excitement out of the story. I still can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

As always.. I enjoyed the read. It was a little predictable... but a good quick summer read nevertheless. Although the Westmoreland men can come across at first a bit full of themselves, before you get to the end of their stories you come to understand their "Alpha-maleness" a bit better. And you actally end up rooting for them!!!Now...STILL waiting on a storyline involving The OUTLAW family! Start from the beginning.

A very good read and would reommend this book to my friends. Looking forward to more books for the collection

This series has got me big time. Cant wait to start each book
