Add variety and interest to weights.
My boys have loved using these during lockdown. They add some variety and interest to an otherwise boring gym routine. When used in a group it can also be quite fun! Cards are excellent quality, and in a useful box. Slightly smaller than I expected, but they work well and instructions are clear.

These are handy little cards, they feel nice and sturdy and come in a box with nice strong magnetic closures, having the exercises on a card means you can mix up your routine to keep it from getting to boring and they are no more expensive as a book with similar content, there are 52 different cards and you dont need to be super fit to use them as they cover all levels of fitness, if you are not ready just leave the advanced cards out until you are, the qr code on the card itself will load up a video to show you how to do the exercise if you need it to, all in all a very good purchase especially if you are starting out

Excellent! Sturdy cards & easy to use. Would be fantastic if there was a few different packs so you could move through the levels & have different exercises. Would definitely buy again if the was another pack with more exercise to do!

These are great you don’t have to think yourself about to do just pick a few cards and you have a great circuit. With the current lockdown these are ideal for doing the exercises in the garden.

Good, but
I have a few of these card stacks and I love them. These are great apart from the only chest exercises involve doing press ups and variations on a press up. Which would be great if I could do a press up, which I can’t. I don’t think one handed press ups can be considered beginner exercises

Very useful, adds variety to my physio/exercise routine. Cute box and colourful cards. Posted on my Facebook stories and got a few questions on where to buy it. Think everyone needs variety to home work out during lock down.
