I bought this after dealing with some serious chafing during long runs,inner thighs and nipples. (runners know the pain 😅). Since then, I use it every time I run over 15 km, and it has worked really well. Easy to apply, long lasting, and it actually does what it’s supposed to do: prevents chafing even on long, sweaty runs. No irritation, no mess, and no more painful post run regrets. Definitely a must have if you’re running longer distances. I won’t run without it anymore.

Works perfectly for chafing while running! Super easy to apply. There’s no smell in the tube and when you first apply it, but does develop a weird smell once you begin to sweat or it gets on clothing. It’s definitely noticeable from up close so for that reason I’ll be looking for an alternative

This is a really solid Gold Bond product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It noticeably reduces friction and helps prevent irritation and soreness, especially during long days or physical activity. This works great to prevent rashes/soreness under breasts and tummy flaps as well as inner thighs. Not messy like powders can be.

Excellent stuff. Easy to apply and lasts a long while. I bought it to ease chafing of my thighs after a run. It also prevents it happening in the first place if applied before running. It’s not sticky at all, I’d say the texture is more of a light, greasy film. Definitely works well at soothing the skin and lubricating to prevent chafing in the first place. I’ve applied it to badly chaffed skin which was red raw, and it really soothed it and prevented any further irritation when walking around or moving. Would recommend to anyone who needs it!

I intentionally used this balm on a day that I’d be 1. Wearing a skirt and 2. Would be walking a lot and it definitely did exactly what it claims. No complaints at all! Love this product

Un très bon produit. Beaucoup mieux que le premier stick anti frottement que j’avais acheté qui était au final plus un corps gras permettent le glissement qu’un anti frottement. Ce produit est différent. Il n’y a pas de sensation de gras et il produit une sensation de marche naturelle. Son usage est très pratique et facile à emporter. Le rapport qualité / prix est totalement justifié.

Such a good product! I’m a runner and I use it on my feet and legs- it prevents chub rub! I use it all summer and when breaking in new shoes. Goes on smooth like deodorant and doesn’t leave any marks on clothing.
