so happy I got the black cover!
though I had a problem with the framework (arrived broken, but amazon QUICKLY solved my problem), everyone told me I was crazy buying the black cover, but on a very hot, sunny summer day, it completely blocked out the sunlight and it felt very cool in the shady area underneath! I saw the sunlight beaming through my neighbors white tents and knew right away I had made the right decision.and...I had the ONLY black tent at the fair!the legs are a nice powder blue color and it folds up into approx. 12" x 12" x 48" and comes with a fabric cover for storage. It goes up easily, comes down easily, and now my only problem is trying to book enough shows to use it at!

Great tent for the money. Some issues, read on to see what you're getting.
I've purchased several. Let me detail the pros and cons, so you can decide.1. The newest version has a great frame. For the money, it's one of the strongest frames for bargain tents around. I volunteer with a running company and they have purchased dozens of different tents. They have been extremely happy with this one.2. One of the nicest parts of this tents hardware is the release at the top. There is a small button you press in to take the tent down. This is the first inexpensive tent they've found that puts a rubber stopper over the button, making it much easier to press in. There is still a button on each leg that can be difficult to press, but that's the case with every inexpensive tent. So they purchased paint can openers (about 49 cents each in a hardware store) and use them to push the button in, for people who don't have strong fingers.3. The canopy is adequate. It stretches very tightly on the frame and in some models has torn the first time the running company setup the tent. However, it's one of the few canopies that comes in orange (their company color) so they simply purchase spare canopies. When one rips out completely, they just replace it. They are actively looking for a strong canopy replacement. If they can't find one, they will be contracting with a local sewing company to make ones for them.4. The bag is poor quality. The running company does not store them in their bags, they keep them in a cage in a moving truck. The bag that comes with them usually has the handles tear out almost immediately. It's also so tight, it's difficult to get the tent back in. So for tents that need a bag (say that are taken to a water station on the running course) they purchase a separate, slightly larger bag that's much stronger.5. So you might be asking why we gave it so many stars if there are so many problems? Because the frame is great. It looks fantastic setup. When there is a problem with the frame or canopy, the company is GREAT about replacing it or taking care of it right away. I just wish they offered "upgrades" for the canopy and carrying bag, for people who wanted them.

Due to a poor design, DO NOT buy this.
I thought that I was buying a superior product, designed for tradesmen. It went up easily the first time. The second time I took it out of the bag, the holes appeared. See attached photos. What I have come to determine is that it is a poor design, the metal frame has absolutely no protection on it, causing it to cut through the fabric like a knife.I am presenting this case to Amazon to see how this can be resolved.**6/29/16 Update, after sending about 1 hour on the phone with Amazon, they agreed to make a one time exception, have me return this and refund me the cash when the receive it. I am more and more surprised at the lower & lower quality of items on Amazon, especially within the Prime selections. My honest belief is that this should be the best stuff, competitively priced, but rather it seems products are knock-offs and cheap imitations of others. I have another product that the seller is not a company and Amazon has no contact information, even though the product clearly states it has a 1 year warranty. This type of business plan has me seriously reconsidering my membership in prime.

Great tent. It was a bit tricky to do the first time but second time we used it, it took only a few minutes. I originally used it for a street festival then for the beach.

Not up to par- just stick with Walmart Coleman canopies if you want value for your dollar.
I've had to replace only a handful of canopies over the years, my favorite being a $99 Coleman brand 10x10 from Walmart four years ago. It was sturdy and the canvas was a generously thick material that stood up to continuous outdoor use for two years. At first I babied it and put it up and took it down any time the kids wanted a shaded spot to play in our wickedly hot Florida backyard. Then I said meh, and just left it up. For two years, occasionally having to right it after a strong storm. That canopy took any and all abuse without so much as a tear. I should've bought two- because THIS canopy by Trademark Innovations is just awful. The storage bag is a joke, and doesn't have wheels. The legs are too flexible and don't appear half as thick as the ones on the canopy I was replacing. The welded bits are fragile, and after using the canopy for the third time I can already see mounting points showing signs of stress cracks from flexing.I look up at the underside once it's erected and see dozens of pinholes in the unacceptably thin canvas. This canopy is a joke. Lastly, when the canvas starts to stretch over time it'll create these neat pockets for water to collect along the edges of the frame rails. Please don't give this company your money for this product. You can do much better elsewhere. Ive had mine for mere months and I'm already planning a replacement, these bonehead purchases don't make for happy wives either. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. I would expect these shortcomings in a $40-60 canopy, not a $100+ one.

I would recommend this product to anyone wishing a little shade in ...
This canopy tent was well worth the price. I managed to set it up by myself in about twenty minutes to a half hour. I offer a suggestion though, Once the canopy is fully extended, length and width, secure the legs either with pegs or bolts, depending upon what surface you are using. Then put the canvas over the centre pole, stretch out the canvas and use the Velcro to secure the canvas to the frame. After doing this, then raise the canopy to the desired height. If you reside in an area that gets snow, you can leave the canopy tent secured, lower the canopy, and remove the canvas. You can safely leave the frame secured over the winter months and you will not damage either the canvas or the frame. If the frame "buttons" stick in the spring, a shot of WD-40 will do the job. I would recommend this product to anyone wishing a little shade in their yard, or for a yard sale, or for an open market booth.

Great Vendor Tent
Purchased this tent for an outdoor craft show. It arrived quickly and for the price, it's a really great tent! It helped me make my booth look professional and put together. I would 100% recommend this tent to any crafters who do outdoor vendor shows.I would like to add that I will be purchasing side panels for the tent to help with the unpredictable weather in my area.

Bargain for vendors on a budget
I've had this for 2 summers now and would buy it again. I'm an average sized woman but a bit stronger and can set it up myself in about 15 minutes now. I ripped a corner the first time I used it from inexperience but it still works. I had it set up in my yard for over a month in the fall and other than a bit of light rusting, it withstood the elements well; even when snow weighed down the canopy but I took down right away after that. It's too long to fit into the trunk of a car. It fit into the back of my SUV but I had to fold down one seat. I can carry it around myself but would have trouble if it were any heavier. I'll only be replacing because I want one with walls.

muy fragil
la usamos un par de veces en la playa y en una de esas que soplo el viento giro el toldo y se deformo totalmente, ya no pudimos empacarla en el estuche ya que quedaron dos patas de fuera, terminamos tirandola.

I never leave reviews but this canopy is great. I just did a show and every vender spent 2-3x the price on their tent, and I was the only one without problems. The legs are strong, it's easy "pop-up" style tent. Sets up in a couple minutes. I weigh it down with sandbags and rope, or with tent pegs if I'm on grass. The frame is strong (I watched another venders tent leg bend in half, while mine held strong. I can't recommend it enough. I bought some $8 white tarps to use for side walls, and overall it's a great set up.

The tent is extremely hard to set up. It is sturdy, looks great but putting the metal pieces together is not fun. The button is stiff and hurts my thumb when pressing it. The tent cover top does not fit easily in the zip bag.We used it a lot but it's a headache setting it up compared to other designs. I do like how sturdy it is, the price was great and it came fast.

Do not believe the reviews that say it is sturdy. It is made of "white metal"
Do not believe the reviews that say it is sturdy. It is made of "white metal", not aluminum. The uprights are very weak and bend easily and of course once you bend white metal you cannot unbend it because it just snaps. I had to fit a broomstick inside one of the uprights to keep the unit standing. The canopy was an inch too small on each side and was a real struggle to get on. It may be OK if you are going to set it up and just leave it, but not if you are going to be moving it around.

Damaged goods.
Bought this canopy at a reduced price. It was stated that the canopy was discolored in areas. That was not the case. One corner of the assembly was badly damaged. Two welds had separated from the corner leg. Wonder if this was sold like this to pass the cost onto the shippers insurance company?I could be wrong but you have now been warned. Good luck.

Fantastic Quality!
The tent is so robust with heavy material and thick bars. This is not a flimsy tent you'd find at a local craft market.

I Recommend this Gazebo
A two person job to get it erected, but the parts are sturdy, the canvas is of a good weight and weave. The gazebo is holding up exceptionally well.

Nice gazebo, shame about the storage bag.
It's a gazebo - does the trick and not too difficult to erect/dismantle, even for one person. I just wish they would make the storage bags larger to pack them back up in since they normally rip or the zippers burst (which both has happened).

This is a sturdy portable event canopy with strong steel legs which makes it heavy to get in and out of the car, but it is manageable.. However, It did not come with any pegs for the leg holes nor any tie down strings. As a woman I find it difficult to push the top locking mechanism into place but once one is done I am able to do the rest. It is very easy to take down. I have only used it for 3 markets so far but I like it very much.

good solid unit
good solid unit, seems to be well made. cover is a thick canvas and seems durable. I bit on the heavy side but thats OK Its advertised as having a one year warranty but the box indicates two years. an excellent value for what you get. Most units are over $200

it was an amazing price. Set up easily
For $112 shipped, it was an amazing price. Set up easily, came down easily, and was far more sturdy than the other vendor's tents. The color is nice and vibrant and attracted a lot of people. The carry bag came a little ripped and the zipper broke right away. There's also no pegs. But the tent itself is great and the price is excellent. Highly recommend.
