Great replacement for worn-out factory fob
We purchased this key fob for our 2016 Yukon XL after the original wore out and developed holes in the rubber buttons. This replacement looks and feels exactly like the OEM key fob. It arrived with a programmable chip, but we swapped in the chip from our original fob so we didnāt have to worry about programming. Weāve been using it for about two months now, and it works perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy to install, followed a video and did both jets in about 5 minutes. They look just like my original. Definitely worth the price.

Saves money.
I got this because it was supposed to be able to self program but when we scanned the code for a 2019 Yukon XL it said it had to programmed by the dealer. We took it to a locksmith and they programmed it for $75 in less than 10 minutes. Much cheaper than getting from the dealer. It has only been a few days but there has been no issues with it. It looks just like the original fob key. There is nothing āoffā about it. All in all a good purchase when compared to a dealership replacement. Just couldnāt give five starts because it was slightly misleading in the advertising.

I bought this because the original fob button surface was too sticky and became a dirt magnet. It was impossible to clean! Parts are interchangeable with the stock components too. I swapped the front plate with buttons onto the OEM unit retaining the key, rear cover and internal PCB and Iām very happy. The new buttons feel more precise and the texture is a bit harder and less porous. This makes it way easier to clean and keep clean š Also, it looks exactly like OEM and not as it does in the listing photo where there are individual buttons.

Used for a 2016 Tahoe, remote key fob works great. The key blade is a little shorter and just barely fits in the door lock cylinder(in case vehicle battery goes dead). Was easy to program
