Great product and looks fantastic installed
My son has the soft top version, which was incredibly easy to remove and/or install. I work in a urban area where a soft top cover would be cut with a knife, just because, so I ordered the 3-panel hard surface unit. The 3-panel unit has two internal side rails you have to install, unlike the soft top which has no internal rails requiews. Watch the Gator video on how to install the rails and the 3-panel unit; they have some great hints for installation. Everything went well during the installation. The only item I'm having an issue with is the front foam seal which is installed along the front edge of the truck bed. I installed the unit in my heated garage and ensured the bed liner was warm before installing the foam seal along the front edge of the bed; it is not holding in the cold weather. As the eddy currents between the rear window and the front edge of the truck increase during highway/interstate driving, the foam seal is working its way loose and is exposed. I have to keep tucking the foam seal back under the rubber trim seal of the front panel. I'll apply a more permanent adhesive to the foam seal once summer is here to hold it in place. Otherwise, when you close the tailgate up against the last panel, you hear this nice solid thud when closing. I know the unit is not advertised as "water-tight" per se, but it's pretty darn close and it looks great.

Nice cover for the price
I have been literally looking at bed covers for the past 15 years and never bit the bullet. I was skeptical of a bed cover in the $200 price range, but decided to give a try since the reviews were positive. In short, I have no idea why on earth I waited so long. I'm very pleased with the cover, it looks good, fits well and is very easy to install. We drove down the beach last week, it was a 3 hour trip in the pouring rain and there was no water in the bed. A few drops probably got in but for all intents and purposes it was pretty much bone dry. I really like the tensioning mechanism that locks it closed unless you open the tailgate. Since my tail gate locks it does a good job of hiding and providing some security to items in the bed. The cover rolls up nicely and the straps seem to secure it well; also the velcro does a nice job of holding it down on the sides. Something you can't see in the pictures is that there are two bars attached to the bottom of the cover by velcro straps that provides center support to the cover while it's deployed. I would definitely recommend this cover to anyone looking. I included a pic of the rails to show how they do intrude about 3/4" into the opening of the bed.

HARD FLIP TONNEAU COVER
This tonneau cover is awesome! I've owned several of the cheap vinyl roll up covers on my trucks before, but this one is amazing. I installed it by myself and took my time. A 2nd person would have made easier, but was still simple to install. Took me about 2 hours. It's not heavy at all. But definitely sturdy and well built. Packaged came with no visible damage and after unpacking and checking, everything was perfect and all parts were there. I'm still in awe at how sleek and low profile this cover is. Makes my truck look even better. Haven't driven in rain to test water leakage cause I just installed it. I checked all areas underneath and see no light coming through. The only possible spot for water to get through would be at the corners of tailgate area. I do see some small gaps there. Nothing is perfect when it comes to truck tonneau covers. Anyways, I love this cover and couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

Good replacement for OEM
The factory installed one went bad at about the 4 year mark - warped, filled with water and deteriorated. This one is designed the same way. It’s easy to install especially when you are replacing one and know what to do. The panels fit nicely and are very lightweight and easy to flip. It has a buckle feature with straps under the panels so that you can secure it when all panels are up. The exterior buckle isn’t that attractive but it’s necessary. Function better than looks in this case. The drain tubes they provide are a bit flimsy and they only have them for the front. My old one had front and rear. I was able to work them into the existing tubes easily. I was able to use the “old” tube holder for the back since it slid into the new track. It’s not as water tight as I would like which is why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise it’s good. Let’s see if it lasts longer than the original one. At about the same price I hope so.

Works great
Purchased for my husband's F150. Fits perfect, looks great. Water resistant so far. Functions and rolls great. So far durable we have had it for about 3 months. Half the price as we found down town. The one down town had a heavier material but so far this has done very well. We are pleased and find it to be of good value

A nice looking cover, very low profile. It definitely gives that finishing touch to my F-150. The installation was relatively easy. I took my time and enjoyed doing it carefully, so it took about an hour. A couple of notes about fitment, and one dislike I'd like to make note of. First, my truck is equipped with a dealer installed Ford drop in plastic bedliner. The side rails are too long to install without some modification. I ended up removing the two little foam rubber seals from the rear ends of the side rails, as shown in picture #3. They just peel out. With those removed, the side rails fit fine and the tailgate closes without problem. I tried leaving them on and slamming the tailgate, as another reviewer suggested, but it wouldn't latch. The rubber flap across the rear tonneau crossbar actually lays down over this area and it should seal fine. The clamps are flimsy and poorly designed. VERY fiddly to keep them lined up straight and tighten the fasteners at the same time. They should be designed to interlock at the bottom edge, as the clamps on more expensive tonneau kits do. I will be making some small aluminum spacers to fit in the bottom and hold the clamp spacing out, to allow even clamping force with the fasteners. I've driven over 100 kms since installing it on the truck, much of that close to highway speeds. Nothing but a slight rippling/drumming noticed, and no flapping noises. I anticipate good service and longevity from the cover once I get the slight improvements made to the clamps. Would recommend purchasing, but only by folks capable of thinking outside the box for the small fixes.

Fits a 2020 f-150 with the plastic box liner just fine. I installed it at night and it was easy to do. The instructions aren’t great but if you have assembled ikea furniture you should be able to follow along just fine… I have driven about 500km with it on and it works great. I have the tension set at three and there is very little movement even at high speeds. I expected it to leak slightly but much to my surprise it is fairly water tight. Have been through a couple down pours and checked when I got to my destination and the box was bone dry. My guess is these are Truxedos budget line. It shipped from Truxedos warehouse in Calgary. Overall really happy with this purchase. Update: first winter with this thing. Had a good six inches of snow on it and no issues. It held the weight and was easy to wipe off. This cover is great!

This is identical to a friend's tonneau cover sold by Tuxedo. The only difference is that my Gator version is half the price but still manufactured by Tuxedo. I put this on a 2019 F-150 with a spray-in box liner. Install was pretty easy (took me and 1 teenage son 30 minutes) once you figure out the drawings as there is somewhat limited text based instructions. Buy this to keep the weather out of your truck box and not for security as the sides are easily lifted for access to the box contents. I ended up using the #3 tension although the instructions start you out on #4 (the least tension). Changing the tension is rather easy with a simple retention clip and a flip of the tension block. Since I can buy 2 of these for the price my buddy paid for 1, I'd absolutely do it again. Great value!!
