Brilliant little sprays, smell so nice like a spa. Planning to take some to hospital to use for aromatherapy/relaxation when giving birth in a few weeks!

It was well packaged and although I never opened it to try it, being it was a gift, the recipient was very happy with it.

I have been making my own roll on mixtures for a while now but thought I would try some ready made for a change. The bottles are good, the roller works well but it has a plastic ball (not metal) so that won’t last forever. The smells are nice but expected them to be punchier and more concentrated- they are quite weak which suggests these don’t contain much essential oil (and more carrier oil). All the scents are pleasant and do contain essential oils that will work for their designated purpose but my home made ones smell better. They’re not bad for £2.50 each and I will repurpose the bottles for myself.

I have recently got more into wellness, I read about the impact that essential oils can have so I thought I’d give it a go. I am glad I did all smell amazing I have used them in the air and on lava stones in a necklace. In the necklace it lasts over one day. Review on the scents they are all fresh and light and will brighten up your mood, the sleep one is great too to get a restful night.

I was looking for these in roll ons but Amazon hadn’t got them in stock. So I chose a spray set. I was particularly interested in the sleep one. I am peri menopausal and struggling with sleep. I used last night but my sleep was the same…..slow to get to sleep and waking up during the night. The selection is lovely and not over powering scent wise which I liked. I will use the others and update the review but for now, my opinion is nice scent but unsure how effective the are for me. Would make a nice gift for someone. I will update more if I feel they make a difference.
