Awesome product!
*Edit again, about a year after initial purchase* This thing has still been a great investment. Used it a total of 5 or 6 times, and each time it has worked. Once it was on a battery that was dead enough that when I tried the DB, it couldn't quite crank, but then I removed the clamps, re-applied them, and it started right up on the second try. Basically, and so far, the thing just works.* *Edit. Just used it again about two months after the initial review. Started it right up again, and that was on a little less than a full charge, maybe like 80%.* **Original Review** 1st, this will be in reference to a 5-cylinder Chevy Colorado, 850 CCA battery (I think). So, not the biggest, but also not a small battery by any means, in reference to the average consumer vehicle. OK, so I have previously only had the chance to use this as a portable charger. It's great for that. But that is the easy part. But...... A couple of days ago I got to put it into action. My battery was totally *dead*, no lights at all, etc... It's a newer battery, so I was suspect that maybe I had an unfortunate electrical issue. So, before trying to jump it, I put a voltmeter on it. It read right around 4 point something volts. Even if you don't know anything about changing systems, that pretty much means that it's totally and completely useless as a battery at that point. Well, I hooked this little doodad up, heard a click, and put my meter back on it. It immediately read over 14v. I was actually wondering if I had read it right in the first place, maybe I didn't have a solid connection, etc... But, I looked inside and suddenly had faint lights and such. But, then they went back off. I went back out and tested again, and I was back down in the 4 something range. Now, I had read the instructions when I first got it, but didn't realize how easy this thing really was. Apparently it cuts off after a few seconds, but I unplugged the jumper cable part, plugged it back in, hooked it back up, and I was back up to over 14v. (I don't know if that was necessary, but I did that as a sort of 'reset'.) Immediately went back in the truck, turned the key, and it cranked right up! No hesitation. So, it looks like this thing is in large part fully automatic. I didn't even have to 'turn it on.' My only other experience was with using a friend's (another prominent brand that you can find on here.) And while hers' was also pretty easy to operate, there was an additional step or two, to the best of my memory. So from my experience, especially if you want this to be a gift for someone who isn't the most tech or automotive-savvy, this is the way to go. Hooking it up and turning the key was literally all it took. The only cons might be that the regular functions aren't too clear, like getting the light on and off. There's no clear 'off' switch, as far as I could tell. And, I could potentially see someone accidentally leaving it left turned on and draining it down, unknowingly. It had an auto-off feature, but not sure if that applies to the light also, and I'm probably not going to leave it to drain just to test that out. But overall, I don't think that I could be much more impressed with this little thing!

Works & Stays Charged for a Long Time!
This is my third order. I am amazed how often I have used this quick charge. Not the cheapest, but the most reliable and is easy to use. Mine stayed charged for over a year, but suggest checking every 6 months. 😊 Great use for a woman traveling alone. Have used it on a 2004 Honda CRV & newer cars with larger engines. Supposidly it is powerful enough for large diesel trucks as well, but have not tried it on them. It is easy to hook up (won't function if hook up incorrectly) and jumpstarts the battery in 20 seconds. Safer as the hood is open for a very short time. You won't be sitting on the side of the road at the mercy of strangers who may be safety risks. Unlike others, this starter comes in a great well organized compact travel case. I love the small size with even a netted pocket to hold the USB cable (you'll need to provide the charge plug), instructions, & charge cables that hook to the battery. On the other side, separated with a cushioned insert, is a well padded compartment holding the charger itself. 👍 I don't leave this in my car in the summers, but by the front door in a reminder bag, as the humid hot heat in the south may damage it. So far only forgot it once when needed. 😊 This has been such a life saver, purchased for my 2 daughters so they can feel safer and more in control. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! GREAT PRODUCT & RECEIVED QUICKLY. 😊👍♥

Out of the box I am very impressed
UPDATE: I added a video and have this to say: This is not meant to be a professional review or anything like that. Just an unfiltered test of my unit. For the record: I charged that pack when I got it for Christmas about three weeks ago. Since then, it sat in my truck untouched. I am using it on a 2013 Chevy Silverado PU with 5.3L V8 motor. The battery is completely disconnected, so there is no help from the original battery It is about 5 degrees this morning and the truck has been sitting for two days without being started. I charged it when I got it three weeks ago, but, when I went to use it this morning, it was only showing three LED's out of 4 on the charge indicator before trying to jump start my truck. The first couple tries didn't work, but after getting a better connection on the battery cables, it turned over just fine. The reason I tested it today when I really didn't need a jump start is that I wanted to be sure it would work for me if I ever need it. I figured 5 degrees with no assistance from the actual truck battery would ensure that if it starts my truck today, I would be able to count on it under almost any other condition. --------------- I am extremely impressed with the unboxing of this jump pack. The unit itself and all accessories were higher quality than I expected. The semi hard case is impressive too. I could probably drop this thing off the roof and not worry about it. I plan to go out on the next Wisconsin morning that hits zero degrees and giving this a shot by disconnecting the battery altogether on my 2013 Silverado 5.3L. THen I will hook this thing up to the battery cable and see if it starts my truck. Then, I will know for sure it will be able to get me going under almost any conditions that might encounter.

Good Product,Nice Case....
I have purchased and regularly use several different brands of these Jumpstarters. This one seems to very of great quality I really like the Digital display on the cable connector. It comes with a nice case as well (much smaller and nicer than most but it also doesn't have a 12volt charger or even an a/c to USB charger it only has a USB C cable to charge it with. It also doesn't have the assorted power adapter tips for laptops, Etc........ But it is supposed to be 2500 A. I will say that I haven't gotten as many jumpstarts before having to charge it as I do with my other chargers. I would say about half as many. I can usually get as many as 10 jumpstarts out of most of my jumpstarters before they need charging whereas i think 4 is the most ive gotten from this one (now i will say that I do but the better ones not the cheapest) and this one costs more than my others they were like 85-95 dollars. All in all I do like this jumpstarter I just wish it would give a few more starts before needing to be charged.

Jump starts a completely dead battery!
Happy with this purchase. My car battery was dying and before I could swap it out the car sat for 2 weeks. Upon return I could not get the car started nor would the car turn over. This jump starter worked well and was very easy to use. It has a boost setting to get a completely dead battery to come to life. I also has a light plus safety strobe and will also inflate low tires. Smaller than a shoe box and handy to have in the car for emergencies or to help others when needed. Better than Road Side Service!

Heavy Duty Portable Car Starter
I like that this charger/car starter is compact and very portable. I have not used it yet but I have charged it completely in a matter of a few hours and it should be ready to use at any time. The instructions for use are easy to understand. The unit itself will shut off automatically after it is turned on, after 30 seconds of non use. Everything fits nicely into the case in which it comes and I have added a USB plug in adapter to my case to facilitate charging the jump starter. I also like that it comes with built in flashlight and two USB outputs as well as a DC output on the side. I will update this review after I actually have need to use this device and get a better idea of how long the unit holds the full charge. The unit arrived already charged to 50%. I still haven’t had need to use it yet, but as you can see by the photo it’s still fully charged 3 months after purchase. I’m planning on trying it out to start my motorcycle which hasn’t been started in over 5 years. I will let you know.

Loved the DBPOWER 2000A model, decided to upgrade
As the title said, I already had the 2000A model and was very happy with it, successfully jumping three vehicles, two of which were large SUVs. After the third one there were still three battery lights on and it took less than fifteen minutes on my car's 12v charger to get back to 100% After having it in my car for six months I really can't imagine being without that extra security, so I gave the 2000A to my wife for her car kit and decided to upgrade to the 2500A model. I haven't had a chance to jump a battery with it yet, but I have no reason to believe it wouldn't do the job just as well as the other model. I have charged phones and tablets with it and it does that beautifully. It charges quick and holds that charge well. It feels sturdy and well constructed, and the cables do as well. The zippered case is very handy and easy to store. These two chargers are the best money I've ever spent on automotive equipment.

Outstanding, Wonderful Great Product
I am the Grintch, It gives me great pleasure to write a review on a product this great. I purchased this product March of last year 2021. I did charge this product until the charge stated full on battery. I charged it on my chair with USB. I think it took about an hour. The directions stated to use the charge before 1 month I think, but I will tell you it held a strong charge for about a year in trunk of my car. The directions also state that the product is good for one try to start the car. I placed the easy to hook up cables on my battery red on red and black on black. I pushed the on button to the product and in three tries the car started right up. The product saved me in the middle on night with no people around. I did not have to wait for battery to charge my car battery just hook it up and start your car. WOW. Just WOW. The car started right up and I was on my way. This is a must have if you need a jump and bad battery. I would recommend it or be stuck where your car breaks down. The Grintch.
