I'm not sure how anyone can give this low marks for being a short strap, considering it is advertised as such. I needed a short strap, specifically, trying to get something that would work for a fitness device. I found a metal holder for my Garmin Vivofit 4 (rubber strap was breaking already, after not even a year of use). which looks a lot better than the rubber one, particularly with dressier clothes, but, the holder came with a cheapo strap, so I thought I could perhaps just replace it with a better quality strap, and Hadley Roma's are always nice.But, most standard straps are too long, given that the metal housing for the Garmin is quite wide, nearly 70mm lug to lug as it curves over the entire wrist, and I did not want a bunch of extra strap to contend with, so, thankfully, my search was rewarded with this far shorter than standard strap. As an unexpected bonus, it is also water resistant, and I helped that by adding a treatment of mink oil for further protection.This 18mm strap fit perfectly, in the end of the metal housing, and I ordered a 16mm deployment clasp, and got rid of the pin and buckle set up here, and the end result is that I've transformed my utilitarian looking Garmin health tracker into an acceptable piece of wrist wear that goes much better with what I wear, plus now has a more durable housing and the ease of a deployment clasp. It's quite jarring to have a fine Swiss time piece on one wrist, and a black rubber fitness tracker on the other, so this cleans up the Garmin quite nicely. Not much point in having it, if I can't wear it, so this strap not only replaced the failing rubber one, but has totally changed the appearance of the device.The black coloring, without accent stitching, compliments the black metal housing that holds my Garmin unit, and I have to say I'm really pleased with the final result. Appreciate also that it came with four pins, very helpful. Good quality pins as well, and nice to have extras in case one is ever lost. I also like that it was soft and supple, right out of the package, and nicely padded. It is a very comfortable strap, which is helpful on a device that I wear every day, all day and all night, with the exception of showers.I do see that there is some minor lifting or separation happening with the strap materials, just at one edge section where it is folded over and glued at the buckle, so I've ordered some leather glue to seal it up, so it doesn't become a future problem. But, otherwise, the quality here is good, and I'm pleased with what I received, for the price I paid.Certainly can recommend this, but do be aware that, as stated, it is not a standard length strap. Wearing it on my new Timex Todd Snyder watch.

This is the third Hadley Roma short oiled leather band I have purchased. The shorter length fits my small wrists perfectly and the oiled leather gives it a rich look. My only complaint is the other two I purchased only lasted approximately 2.5 to 3 years before they began to crack. Liking the fit and appearance and the low price I don't mind replacing these when they wear out in a few years.

I have to use the last hole on most leather straps (poking my own on occasion) and hate how the remaining strap looks in these cases. On this strap, I am right in the middle -- similar to the product photograph. The leather is of seemingly high quality, incredible comfort, and solid understated looks. Especially when used with a smaller sized case (mine is 37 mm), I predict this strap will last for some time. I will be using it in rotation on my Seiko SNKL43 for interviews, leisure, etc.

This leather watchband is of first grade leather, with fine stitching, and shapes itself after your wrist fast, for a comfortable fit, very nice quality and finish, and will upgrade your watch, and give it a classsy elegant look too, much recommended.Milano Watchbands enclose springpins with the watchband.

Purchased for a Citizen Eco-Drive BM8180-03E. I have small wrists and the original stap fit fine but was somewhat stiff and uncomfortable. This strap dresses it up nicely and looks to be good quality. 37mm watch on a 6.1" wrist.

Low quality and short in length. I had to return it and buy another brand.
