I have a ford explorer sport track 2010 with 4.0 v6 4x4 5r55s this fit to my vehicle?

Is this the 4wd version ?

This filter is for the 5r55s automatic transmission. It fit our 2007 Ford Explorer 4WD, 6 cylinder exact. This is not the filter for the 8 cylinder transmissions.

A ford part lookup says this ft-140 filter works in my 2002 explorer xlt (4.6l v8, 5r55s transmission). amazon says it's not compatible. who's right?

If you checked on the Ford web site and it says you have a 5R55S transmission, the FT-140 is the correct filter. Again, go to fordparts.com enter your VIN, kinda surprised they have that transmission in there for a V-8. I replaced mine last month, I have a 2006 V6, with the 5R55S transmission....
