Seller: Ecomstars is a good seller, I spoke to them personally about this order and they gave me all the details I asked for. They are very helpful and treats customers with respect. Product was exactly as they described and in like new condition. It was open box but the laptop was brand new without a single scratch on it. It came in original box and accessories. There were no battery cycles on the laptop as well. I would buy with confidence if seller is ecomstars. Product: I got the 14z990 at 50K on 12-Sep-2020. I think it is still a great deal even in 2020 when 10th gen laptops are around. Laptop is super thin and feels very premium when you use it. This laptop is not for gaming, it for business and productivity usage. This is a all rounder laptop with all the features you would expect for productivity laptop Keyboard There is absolutely no flex around the keys as it was in last years model. Keyboard has a very good tactile feedback and travel, it feels satisfying when you use it. It also has back light with 2 steps. Trackpad Although it is not made of glass, the touch feels premium and as if you are operating a glass trackpad. Display It has a gorgeous glossy display with high pixel density and looks very close to the Macbook's retina display. Watching movies and YouTube is really pleasing. It also gets very bright and working in outdoor environment should not be an issue with this. Port It has 1 USB Type C thunderbolt port which can also be used to charge the laptop. It has 1 full size HDMI and 2 USB 3.1 ports. Battery 72W hour battery is very rare on laptops around this price. It doesn't give you 23.5 hours as LG claims but easily lasts 10+ hours on normal usage. I love the battery life on this laptop. Cooling Laptop is very quiet in normal operation and doesn't get hot. Weight One of the lightest laptop in the world, weighs only 995 gram and still feels premium. Upgrade-ability 1 additional RAM slot (I think supports upto 24GB) and 2 NVMe Gen3 PCIE SSD slots. What else can you expect? No other laptop this light in weight offers these capabilities. What could have been better? 1. Looks, although it feels premium it can be better to match the competition. Even the 2020 model looks similar. 2. Display hinge could have been little tighter, it wobbles under high speed fan (I think they fixed this in 2020 version) 3. Anti glare could be better, why don't LG use the technology that they are using in TVs? My LG OLED TV does excellent job on absorbing reflection. 4. Trackpad could have been bigger, although not a deal breaker for many. 5. Fast charging for battery Overall I love this laptop and am happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for light weight and all day long battery laptops.

Please do not buy refurbished product from amazon. They will advertise as checked and restored to original condition by professional. But they don't even care to check the product before sending it to customer. I bought this laptop and the battery is totally defective. If I unplugged the charger, my laptop doesn't switch on. I can only use this laptop only if the charger is plugged. Do not believe and refurbished product from amazon. If it was checked and retored to originally condition, I would have never faced such problem.

For me, as a student, it's the perfect laptop. I didn't buy it with the concern of gaming aspect. But it good for coding, surfing, watching video and all the stuffs. Speaker is decent but since it is at the bottom it's not audible in noisy environment. Battery life is really good compared to other typical laptop. It may be less than what the company claims. It's really portable which was my biggest concern while buying this laptop. But the is not so durable; it bends when you do so. Keyboard is not the best one but it's fine.
