What I Expected
Alicia never fails for entertain. I'll give her that. I bought this book because the girl has the goods to go with what she preaches however I do wish it was a little longer as I read it in one sitting. It is a very good read so I guess that's saying something. As a person who is already well informed as far was what exercises target the glutes and what foods to eat I wasn't too surprised by what she mentioned. Her point on cellulite and what proteins trump others however was surprising. A lot of the exercises she suggest are also offered in Pauline Nordins Butt Bible DVD which I too own (not her E-Book). I think in combination both Alicia's Booty Bible and Pauline's Butt Bible could render fantastic results.

FINALLY!
A fitness model that is more concerned with straight-shooting us mere mortals than filling a book with pictures of themselves and advertisements for the products they endorse. Alicia Marie is the best in the business, and she answers every question one could possibly have regarding getting in shape. What cardio, how much cardio, what food, how much food, even addresses CELLULITE - and no she doesn't suggest getting it treated at the SPA like Jennifer Nicole Lee. Alicia actually talks about a natural and FREE way to reduce the appearance of what she refers to as "celly."Aside from being incredibly informative, Alicia Marie is just a great writer. She went to Columbia for Journalism and you just don't come across books of this nature being this entertaining very often -- if ever. This is definitely one of those books you will turn to over and over when you need a refresher or a kick in the pants.Great work, Alicia! Can't wait for THE BODY BIBLE!!!

good advice, nothing new
Basic, tried and true, diet advice - eat cleaner, drink more water. Basic, tried and true, exercises - squats, lunges, bridges, dead lifts, step-ups - and MOVE more on a daily basis. While good advice, there was nothing I don't already know. I was expecting something a little more insightful, challenging, or inspirational from a woman who spends her life sculpting her body beautiful. The book is a quick read, large font with lots of photos and diagrams, and humor sprinkled throughout. I give it three stars because I think the author promotes healthy lifestyle tips for women, but I was disappointed because I didn't take anything away from the book.

Cute, but eh...
Cute book. I have always adored her. Her body is to die for. There are some good pictures and a few good tips in this book, however, it is poorly written and organized, which makes it hard for me to really read it and want to apply it. The key here is to stay away from anything white (easier said than done) and to do a lot of squats. Those two things will get you an amazing butt. Her book was too short for the price and could have been summed up in those two phrases, eat no white, do lots of squats. The end.

Fantastic...and Fun Fitness!!
Alicia Marie does it RIGHT with this witty and engaging diet and fitness "How To..." targeted at the derriere. The book is relatable and inspirational. She makes you truly believe in what you really ARE capable of being. I bought the book on Kindle immediately, and have already started to make a plan that will help me to achieve my own personal goals. For those of you who think "diet" is a "4-letter" word, this is the book for you! For those of you who need extra padding before you "back that thang up," this is the book for you!Great job, and I look forward to the sequels...!

My booty is better already!!
This is a great book that is more than just about the butt. I really appreciate that she covers exercises that benefit more parts than just the booty, and nutrition tips that are good for the whole body. I just got the book and devoured it, and I feel like my booty is better already. I'm starting to get muscles in places that were formerly flat, fat or flabby, and my whole body feels better. I am having a love affair with my booty. Thanks Alicia!

Fantastic!
I love this book! Alicia Marie is so knowledgeable. She's a booty expert, and believe me, her derriere defies the laws of gravity, so yes, you will be in good hands.I learned a lot by reading the book. It's a very quick read, then it's all about doing it. I've implemented many exercises she talks about in my workout routine and I can tell a difference. However, it takes a while, so be consistent with her exercises and diet recommendations and you'll be ready for summer.

No information at all.
I love Alicia Marie. She has the perfect body. However, the editor (old lady) does not look good, which is very turning off, since the old lady seems to be also a model in the book. What the author says is something very common sense, and she is not giving out any secrets of her.It is really casual and not very sophisticated.I am sure that Ms. Alicia Marie is the very expert in this field; but she does not deliver to the serious body builder or bikini model contestants. This book is for overweight teen ager who has no experience in exercising and nutrition. It is a primer but kind of remedial primer. It would be nice if Ms. Marie gave out more secrets in professional manners than down to earth MTV like approach.

Nice for people who doesn`t know anything about sports!
I am a big Alicia Marie fan and love HIIT training,so I decided to give Alicia's e-book a try. There was not so much new stuff for me in there, but I am very sure, people who a new to sportswill get very good tipps. For example, women do not need more than 22grams of protein per portion, because their body cannot work with more at a time.I liked the book a lot and women get all the information they need for a good booty workout with pics end explanations.
