Works great! Great Speeds! No Driver Issues Win10
Installed onto windows 10 without having to download drivers, works great. Not sure what else to say! Not sure I will ever use BT functionality but I installed the cable anyway since I had an open header on the motherboard.

Great speed and range.
I got this to replace my USB Bluetooth adapter, and have been very happy with it. With my old Bluetooth I could barely go to the other side of my room, now I can walk anywhere in the house and keep connectivity. I was also pleasantly surprised with the Wi-Fi. It's substantially quicker than my phone or laptop. It was easy enough for me to put in and get working, and I've had no issues since I got it.

Wifi 7 Works great, bluetooth not so much
The Wifi 7 seems to be working. Easy to install. I can't tell if it's hitting all the different numbers it claims it can do but my signal is near 100%, much better than my 30% signal strength with the motherboard built in wifi. It does seem quicker in loading pages with my wifi 7 router. Only reason why I gave it a 3 star is because the bluetooth stops working after it wakes up from sleep mode. I've tried everything suggested on the internet and nothing works. Only way I can get bluetooth working is when it does a fresh boot. Since I rarely use bluetooth, I decided to disable the driver until I need it and I'll just have to reboot and not let my machine go to sleep until I'm done using the bluetooth. Not a big deal for the price. UPDATE: I was able to get Bluetooth working. It turns out very old motherboards, mine is 2015, may not handle the newer technology. The wake-up process isn't handled well with the adapter. To fix this, you need to prevent the network adapter from going to sleep. Thus, I switched my computer to hibernate instead, leaving the network card on, plus changing several settings to prevent the Bluetooth and Wifi from every going to sleep. There are several places you need to do this, I recommend asking ChatGPT or one of those AI services.

Quick easy install. Connection to WiFi is good and stable about 40 feet from router through walls of an old house. No driver install needed

Couldn't get Bluetooth to Work.
I bought this card so that I could stop using a cheap bluetooth 4.0 dongle plugged into my from panel USB port. I recently picked up a VR headset and controllers and thought it would be nice to add Bluetooth 5.0 to my system for when future VR controllers support the standard. I installed this card as instructed, downloaded and installed drivers from Intel's website as instructed. The Wifi worked right away, but the Bluetooth wouldn't work. The bluetooth option in settings in Windows 10 isn't even there. There is no Bluetooth device showing up in the control panel either. The driver installed fine, I tried repairing it just in case. I also checked all Bluetooth services and set them to run automatically. I triple checked the card side cable to make sure it was seated properly(it's either a JST or smaller form Molex, maybe Pico) and it seemed fine. Inspected the solder points on the card and the through hole pins all seemed to be soldered correctly. The cables looked like they were terminated well and they tested fine for continuity with my multimeter. I tried both of my USB 3.0 headers and my other device(RGB lights on my CPU cooler) worked on any of the headers but this card did not work on either. I tried searching support forums but it seems that very few people talk about bluetooth functionality and they just talk about the wifi capabilities. Since this item has free Amazon support I decided to give it a try and the Amazon rep went over all of the troubleshooting steps with me on the phone. We tried everything I had already tried, and he thought that it was either a defective card or the cable. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the PCIe card itself, or the M.2 Intel AX200 chipset. I doubted it was the cable but thought I'd give it a try so I tried reaching out to the manufacturer via their email address that they provided in packaging but they weren't much help. They just stated that this card may not be compatible with AMD systems, which while that may be the case, it's doubtful since there are standards for a reason, and this card should comply with those standards. My Ryzen work laptop from Lenovo has an Intel Wifi chip and it works fine. They wouldn't even send me a replacement USB cable to test at first and only offered after I informed them that the Amazon support guy had suggested it and that I was going to leave a negative review. Regardless, I decided to return the card and buy a more reputable brand with a slightly older standard with Wireless AC and Bluetooth 4.2 instead. Anyway, I cannot recommend this card unless Bluetooth compatibility issues get sorted out. If you're just using it for Wifi then it may work for you, but if you're looking to add Bluetooth you may want to look elsewhere. Wi-Fi 7 is here.
Small network card, perfect for low-profile mini-towers that want Wi-Fi 7 but also external antennas. laptop mini-PCIe slot and M.2 Type E+A cards are out there, but those cards make you connect those tniy antenna leads, and then find some place to run the primary and secondary antennas outside the case. This was a simple Wi-Fi 7 + Bluetooth 5.4 upgrade. It replaced my old 802.11ac card (with no blue-tooth). Connects to Xfinity XB8 running Wi-Fi 6A on 6GHz with 160MHz octa-channels. Was also able to connect to my laptop's Wi-Fi 7 (same Intel BE200 chip as this card uses). I used some longer antenna arms that I had on my old ASUS Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) card, though it doesn't seem to change reception much from the included arms. Both seem more than capable for 2.4 GHz (12.5 cm), 5 GHz (6 cm) and 6 GHz (5 cm) frequencies. Any antenna 10 to 12 cm should get you great reception from anywhere. Intel's recent Wi-Fi driver pack will recognize this card instantly in Windows 10 or 11. You can even download it and install it ahead of time. ;) Bluetooth works great with some noise-cancelling/limiting Sig Sauer / Axil wireless ear buds. Also worked well with my XBOX One controller while playing on Steam. My Xfinity 800 Mbps cable connection regularly runs 750 to 980 Mbps on my laptop's Wi-Fi 7 card, and almost 1000 Mbps connected through a 2.5GBaseT ethernet port and Cat8 cable to the modem. This card shows the same performance... very solid, as you'd expect with Intel chips. Highly recommend. Finally a wireless connection as fast or faster than Gigabit Ethernet. Perfect upgrade for my old HP Slimline S5-1214 mini-tower PC. maxing out the DDR3 ram, adding a Thunderbolt 3 card, and converting to GPT formatted SSD brought this old tower back to life. A 10GBase-T card may be next.
