Time released so no stomach issues
I became a distributor for this company when I discovered how good Natures Sunshine Vitamin C was. I did the distributor just to get discount on my vitamins years ago. I’m no longer a distributor since I can buy them here on Amazon at same price. These do not give me acid stomach because they are time released. I will say they are a large pill.

Good quality company
Getting ready for cold and flu season with this purchase. Good supplement company which influences my choices when buying supplements. Have purchased other items from them and always satisfied. I do have problems swallowing so, for me, these could be made smaller. Have crushed these and taken with water. OK so far.

I take 5K of vitamin C a day with lots of water
I purchased it together with iodine - these are large in size and natural. I take 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Its important to drink lots of water - 3 litters a day. I also take pink salt in my water to help wash out everything iodine picks up. Thank you for a great product. Stay healthy.
