It works really well for me!
I have a Medela breast pump, so it makes sense to use their brand breastmilk removal soap. And the thing is there are not many brands of breastmilk removal soap on Amazon, you wouldn't think so right? Anyway, here comes my experience of this product: 1) it works well for the breast pump parts cleaning I followed exactly the video demonstration, and it worked really well to clean the breast pump bottles, caps, breast shields, etc. If I can't wait to soak them, I use a rice size drop of soap and rub it on the milky breast pump parts then rinse them well. Either way, you can get your stuff cleaned pretty well. 2) baby friendly! This is very important for me, because I want to do everything I can to help my baby stay away from those harsh chemical stuff from day one. This soap does not have the regular soap residue which could be harmful to babies. You know how you can feel a little slippery on the washed breastmilk "contaminated" bottles with regular soap? Well this one dissolves the breast milk fairly well and it's residue free. 3) use it on cloth nursing pads I have those organic cotton nursing pads, they absorb a lot of breast milk when I wear them overnight. Usually they are shaky wet when I get up in the morning. Before I started to use this soap, I had to rinse them so many times to get them clean. But with this one, if I soak them with a generous amount of soap for half an hour, they are much easier to rinse clean. PS: I don't understand why this soap doesn't get a higher rating than it should. My guess is different moms' breast milk could be vastly different, mostly this has to do with moms' diet. So FYI, I have a healthy diet, high protein low carb, organic produce, no artificial sugar, I mostly cook my food with fresh ingredients and I barely eat dessert. Hope you find this helpful and Be a Happy Mom!

This was dumb! While they were clean my daughter hates the ...
This is a lifesaver for us. My baby would not latch so we use a nipple sheild. They get gross! You need to sanitize the regularly. However, you also should clean them after each use. Being a clueless first time mom, I washed them with dish soap or hand soap whichever I could get to depending o where I was I the house. This was dumb! While they were clean my daughter hates the taste and smell. She'd scream and cry in between latches. No mater how much you rinse the smell and I'm sure some of the soap taste remained. I was desperate. I also felt horrible for sticking so,etching in her mouth that was covered in faint soap residue. This saved us! It washes off all the milky residue in seconds, is safe to put I her mouth and has no lasting taste, order or reside to discourage her from latching. All the screaming is stopped and she stays latched. I hate that we need the sheild and I hated even more the problems I was having keeping it cleaned. This maked things work so much better for us. I know it's clean and she latches with issues, I keep one by each sink. It last a long time. I don't follow the instructions. I just squirt a few drops on the sheild, and use my fingers to scrub it all around and the rinse and scrub it under running water until it's clear. This is done with one hand in about 30 seconds (if I'm being through, In a rush about 15 seconds). This it great stuff. It also works on her bottles when I need to,use them, it gets the milk haze off them as well. Oh and I do use it as directed to cleanMy hand pump parts before sterlizing them. Useful stuff.

Amazing for cleaning pump parts
***edit after using with baby #2....I've now purchased so many bottles of this stuff, I should buy stock. It's great. I've been able to breastfeed a lot longer with this baby (6+ month now) and use 6 squirts of this in a dishwashing tub everynight with my morning pump parts and her 3 bottles from while she was at the sitters. SO easy and no taking up room in our dishwasher with bottles. I also keep a bottle and tub at work so I can wash my pump parts at the end of the day and leave them drying on my desk overnight. Can't recommend enough!*** I've bought a total of 3 bottles of this stuff. I breastfed for 3 months and have used this for pump parts and bottles. By far the easiest way to clean them, since you are constantly washing and needing pump parts. I also ordered a gallon plastic wash tub (because I have a GIANT farm house style sink) and would put about 3-5 squirts of this in with some hot soapy water and put my pump parts, Haaka pump, and whatever bottles and nipples used that day (breast milk only) in here and let soak for 5 minutes. Then literally just rinse and put on the bottle rack to dry. SO EASY. Every few days I would also use the Medela steamer bag to sanitize, but this was perfect for "washing". Now that I've stopped breastfeeding though, my kid is on straight formula now and we wash all the bottles in the dishwasher every 2 days using a Munchkin bottle basket for the nipples and rings.

Great for keeping your pumping stuff clean!
I keep this soap with my pumping stuff and use it to clean all my parts after each pump. It works really well to keep everything clean. My review philosophy: As a longtime customer of Amazon, I depend on others' honest reviews. I do my best to provide that same courtesy to others. I purchase lots of items through Amazon, some I get for free, some I get at a discounted rate, and some I pay full price. I will always disclose if I receive an item for free or a discounted rate. I do a lot of reviews so here is a break down on how I determine my star rating of a product: 5 stars – I love it! It is awesome and I highly recommend everyone to purchase this product! 4 stars – I like it, but there are some flaws. Don't we all have flaws? I would purchase again. 3 stars - It was okay, but I would probably not buy it again unless there are no other options. 2 stars – There may be worse products out there, but you can definitely find better choices. 1 star – I dislike the product, I wish I had not purchased it and recommend others to not purchase.

Baby bottle soap works better than regular dish soap. And this stuff works even better than baby bottle soap. It cut the scrubbing time in half.
