Other bulbs may work with this lamp but the ones it came with (2 watt, 6 volt, 250 lumens, 2700k color) are not easy to find apart from calling the manufacturers… and I am not the type to get hooked on the manufacturers morphine. Other Cons: due to the steep pitch of the solar panels, in my latitude only half of them will collect a substantial amount of sunlight at any one time, and this product is less expensive at Lowes. Pros: the light looks ok (except that silver-colored fasteners clash with the overall black theme) and is bright.

The lights are easy to install and look very attractive. The operation is simple and literary can be controlled via an easily accessible switch. The only element which is a bit disappointing is the longevity of the charge----in FL where we have a high amount of light (sun) during the day, even in winter, the lights will remain on for about 5 hours---will be curious to see if the duration increases as the summer months draw closer. But overall the quality of the lights and the brightness is very good.

I absolutely love this beautiful light. It is so elegant. It does struggle when you have a long cloudy spell but it is worth the wait when it comes on. All solar lights seem to have their limits and I have used many. We had a defective part so we called the company for help because it was the last one and we didn’t want to return it. They solved our problem immediately. One of my Best Buy’s.

I first bought the Gama Sonic Baytown II which is similar but it was plastic, not bright enough, and would not turn on unless I shook it. This light is a little more expensive but well worth it. It's very heavy metal and glass. The lights are bright and look like an electric light. So far I am very satisfied with this light.

I have bought this brand before with the posts and loved them! I bought two more after installing a new front gate so that I could mount them on the fence posts. The new lights have been updated to have a textured reflector top, the old ones were simply smooth reflective inside the top, they distribute the light down and out even better now! I love that even on cloudy Michigan days I still get light, it may not last all night if it's been a bad day, but it's out performs other solar lights I have had in the past. They feel solid and look good too!

This light is fantastic! Purchased two for brick columns out by the street. There were other models that were nicer looking, but I went for size and brightness. Very well made and sturdy. Good thing about this light is it has replaceable bulbs. The the light looks just like a high voltage light. I was completely pleased with the brightness. Stayed on from 8:01pm till dawn. The only thing I would change is the time the light goes on. I would prefer an earlier start. Would be nice if photocell could be adjusted. Very pleased with these lights.

While it was easy to install and was bright enough the light only worked for 5 months. I was told to email the company, which I did, and I got no response. Also, the bulbs are very difficult to find and are expensive. The lamp will only work with these very specific bulbs. I don’t recommend this lamp or this company.

We mounted these on existing fence pillars & they are so much brighter than we expected after our experience with other solar lighting. They come on after dark and last until dawn. Our small rural street doesn’t have lights and this has changed the look of the whole driveway. I’ve already given the information for them to two friends who are now interested in adding them to their landscaping.
