I have a Zebra thermal printer for ecommerce. Has worked well, no snagging or hiccups. It works exactly as described.

I have purchased many of these and had them "melt" to my labels. I was convinced I had purchased the wrong labels, ribbon etc. Although, after 4 or 5 ribbons and 4 or 5 different types of labels and different printers (same model), we decided to check the reviews on this ribbon (Maybe we should do this first? Haha) Come to see that other customers had similar issues, which would have saved me a few hours of troubleshooting. Nevertheless, it seems this issue is caused by shelf life. The older stock does not have a "expiration date", therefore the shelf life may be a factor in your ribbons performance. Hopefully this helps - Amazon should contact Zebra and figure out a buyback or inquire about a "Manufacturing Record" that can be tracked via lot/reference number. They should not leave this up to be a guessing game, but then again, who can say they believe Amazon is customer focused?

Arrived on time, packed good, and fit as expected. It is difficult to rate a battery...unless you have test equipment or at the end of its lifespan.

Be aware, this is a WAX roller, meaning, what it prints can be easily blurred by finger pressed against the printing. Especially when you print on polyester labels. So do not use it if you need durability, instead buy RESIN type from the same seller. Also, note you will need a receiving roller, which is a 1/2 inch tube that will get the film. If you don't have one, please start searching for it or do not throw away used one, you can use it as a receiving roller. This review is for newbees, ok.

Works fine no issues

This ribbon worked fine in my Zebra GX430T. I used it with Zebra Z-Perform 2000T 4x6 labels. Even though it printed fine with nice results, I found that just rubbing my thumb across it a few times would cause significant smudging. I am assuming this is because this is a full wax ribbon so I tried the Zebra 03200GS11007 ribbon which was the wax/resin ribbon and with using the same printer and exact same roll of labels, I no longer had the smudging issue. YMMV, but the wax/resin ribbons seem to be about $1 more and the print seemed more durable to me, so I personally am going to stick with those for now.
