How do I stop it bleeping?

If it has been set off by smoke and sounding continuously eg toast poke the bottom with a broom handle and that should reset it. If it’s bleeping every few minutes the battery is probably down and needs replacement- you may need a new unit as the battery itself may not be replaceable. Hope this helps

It is only active when fitted to the ceiling mount. Test once mounted.
