Is there a size chart for lava lamp bulbs? These are just a little too big

I'm sure every Lava Lamp is not the same. But for mine, the size of the required bulb is on the lamp. Look inside where you actually would place the bulb and you should see a number similar to R39 E17 25. I believe this reflects the bulb size, base size and number of watts. Otherwise, look for a (800) number on your Lava Lamp and call manufacturer to find out correct size. Hope you are able to find the right one!!!!!

If you have a 30 watt bulb original can you substitute a 25 watt and still get the same results?

A 25 watt bulb puts off less light than a 30 watt bulb.

Do these bulbs have Small screw in bottom?
