My baby is 12kg and 20 months, she sits comfortably. Support: Your back and shoulders are fully supported. Of course while carrying for longer hours you will feel strained but not as much as compared to carrying your baby in your arms. Ease of carrying: 100%

I was disappointed with the packaging because there was no amazon packaging but an open box with the product. However, the product is good. The fabric is good, support is good, lightweight and hip seat is amazing. My 3 months old feels comfortable and that's all I needed. So, all in all happy with the purchase.
