Used chair given
Ordered 4 Neelkamal chairs, but one was old, used, and of bad quality. The delivery agent refused doorstep delivery, and I had to carry the chairs myself to the second floor. Very poor service and no proper response from customer care. Totally disappointed — never buying from Amazon again.
