I bought this thing in August of 2024, and received it on September of 2024. It is in perfect physical condition. As a matter of fact, it is in the same physical condition from when I first purchased it. Regardless, in June of 2025 it no longer turns back on. I've tried separate chargers and checked to see if the battery port was faulty. All appeared to be fine, except I purchased some shoddy equipment from a shaister company. I have reached out to the seller and requested for a replacement, but that was weeks ago and I still hadn't heard anything. I implore you. Do not purchase anything from this seller. You would be better off lighting your money on fire. At least then you could use the heat from the fire to warm your soul.

It arrived on time and came in great condition, no dents/scratches, and seems to work perfectly. It was packaged in a bubble wrap that kept it secured and had plastic covering it to prevent scratching. Very pleased with the product and got it at a great price! Edit: After having the laptop for only a couple days the charger was not working properly (would connect but not charge) so I contacted support and the seller sent me a replacement within a few days!

Not used to Apple laptops just iPads, this experience has been surprising. Cannot close windows (tabs) without pressing shortcut keys. The wireless mouse bought to pair it with will not pairi. But unlike my Acer windows 11 i can at least log in. The touchpad is not too slippery, if you get the cursor in the right spot, clicking will get you there. The battery felt too hot when first trying to get the charger to fit, now it appears magnetic, the charger, & charged the battery's fine. Am still waiting for Thunderbolt & other accessories to make it work better. Just have to keep remembering what was compatible with windows is not with Apple. A printed guide would have been helpful. The blutooth other than the mouse is very helpful, though

Sin actualizaciones pero la ocupamos todo con servicios web , Office , canva etc y sin problema,la pila super bien y estéticamente impecable , solo un ratón en la parte baja que no se ve

Es una computadora muy vieja del 2015, eso lo deberían especificar !! No me sirve por qué no acepta las actualizaciones !! No la quiero y la voy a devolver !

No he tenido ningún problema y me funciona únicamente para lo necesario, labores de oficina y un poco de reproducción de video. Vino con un golpe en la orilla de la tapa, en la parte inferior izquierda de la pantalla pero no afectó afortunadamente al funcionamiento, espero que deje ponerle una case para protegerla más. Sin embargo a comparación de una PC de escritorio Windows el salto de velocidad es demasiado grande, eso y la duración de la batería son las únicas dos cosas que le podría reprochar.

Pues bueno, por el precio está bien me llegó con leves detalles estéticos pero se comprende. Me llegó de buena capacidad y cargador original, en fin es jugarse un albur, pero debes saber que por lo que pagas no vas a recibir la gran cosa, igual salió muy buena, no me quejo!
