I log 40-60 hrs a month of training for endurance triathlon. I keep notes regarding overall feeling and muscle/joint soreness throughout. I took the recommended dosage as described on the bottle.There was no correlation between taking these and feeling any better/worse. There was no performance increase/decrease that wasnt attributable to something else. I had a relatively open mind at first and expected some sense of less wear and tear day to day, but no dice.Save your money and use it to just eat healthier/better meals, I do not recommend this product.

This is a supplement I've taken before. I decided to try this company and I find their formulation to be a lot better, with higher dose and and extra ingredient. I take a few things for their anti-inflammatory effects and this is one of them. The flavor of turmeric lasts a brief moment otherwise easier to swallow. I don't like turmeric in foods so this is the only way I can get the curcumin ingredient. The price is great for me and I like that they have information on the label that other brands don't have. I'll continue purchasing this brand in the future.

I consider myself a savvy shopper. So, when I saw Orphic's 100% rebate promotion, it definitely caught my eye. You don’t see this kind of product confidence in the E-commerce marketplace too often. To me, it says this company stands 100% behind the efficacy of its product. And that shows integrity. The promotion was for Orphic Tumeric Curcumin. I reviewed the product ingredients and they measured up to my standards. So, I made the purchase on Amazon, sent in my order number as instructed and, received my e-mail rebate once the product shipped. Hey, you can’t beat that with a stick. I've been using this product for a few days and I really like it. I also like how Orphic kept its promise. I know I can trust this company -- and a company I can trust is a company I stay with.

I'd heard good things about turmeric for pain relief, but I hadn't tried it yet. However, over recently been diagnosed with Lupus and chronic neck pain, and I'm in more and more pain some days. I decided to try the turmeric instead of Advil in order to take better care of my organs. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it works great! And I am only taking 1-2 doses a day!

I'm giving it 4 stars based on my performance during lifting and squats (both working with kids and at the gym). While I don't know its efficacy, because I haven't had any blood tests for inflammation (I do have knee pain with fluid in the joint but no inflammation markers in blood; I'm taking it to reduce the knee pain). It does give me slightly better pain relief than my previous go with Nature's Nutrition and has a better price point to continue to use them.

I took these along with the Orphic Nutrition "Glucosamine Chondroitin - Turmeric and MSM Anti Inflammatory Supplements for Joint Cartilage Health," and noticed decreased pain after a few weeks. I had less swelling and found it easier to get up and move around after sitting or sleeping for extended periods of time. I was also able to lower my blood pressure significantly, which is something I'd been worried about.These capsules have a bit of the turmeric flavor and smell, but it isn't overpowering. There is a "spice" flavor to it, but it's not spicy, and having the powder well packed helped to make swallowing them much easier than other pills and capsules I've taken.I should also note that I started taking these along with the Orphic Nutrition Glucosamine Chondroitin, Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplements, and the Natural Elderberry & Vitamin C Gummies . Combined, I noticed I wasn't as fatigued throughout the day. I still experienced occasional tiredness, but I wasn't as sluggish. It was a great feeling!

I had a swelling on my left knee, that it is jard for me to bend during gardening. Since i started taking turmeric, the swelling got better and better. Now i can do my gardening again

I used to buy from spring valley (only 450mg of turmeric), but after comparing the strength levels on both supplements, Orphic nutrition definitely develops better quality of supplements.
