Great accessory! Easily attached to my Mercato an older machine. The handle of my old machine did not fit as it did not come with a handle. I did find an aftermarket handle on Amazon. I also bought another handle to fit my machine in case I break the original. The Spaghetti attachment is the same quality as the machine and I am able to make various size pasta depending on what size I flatten the pasta to.
