Works great
Good solid contruction. The buttons feel good. I Love the onboard memory. It let me program it on one computer and use it on another without having to put any software on my work computer. It does macros and multiple profiles you can switch between. The program software could be a little more user-friendly but it gets the job done.

Almost perfect
Product shipped and started to setup right away. Several highlight here: - Easy to setup, even though the software looks old, feature isn’t bad at all, not laggy at all too. Key assignment; RGB strings; Macro… etc everything you need is in there. Functional break down refers to further comments below. - Compatibility, native PC keyboard input; PS5 recognise as mouse so no input will be registered as a keyboard which mean cannot use on PS5; Xbox input no problem; performing perfectly on Mac too. - hardware itself, keys are clicky and sensitive, no key stuck after 3 days of use (10 hour usage a day); two side USB ports convenient your direction of using the keypad, you just gotta switch the USB activation toggle the the side of the keypad to swap between USB ports. - Customer service, hmm can’t say they’re good. My last enquiry regarding to cache refreshing issue sent two days ago, no respond still. Pro: topped at 240 command (120 key press, press and release a key considered two command) which is capable to store up complex Macro. Delay timer for each command can be adjusted after you record key stroke. Very convenient RGB setting, each colour on each key, several over all pattern, colour variables., Profile change is convenient. Con: After you record a macro, you can’t copy your macro to another key, macro are not saved in a dedicated macro file so you can import them on another key of your keypad. You can back it up by exporting your whole layer including macros to a layer .ini file but you can’t relocate your completed macro onto another key. Which mean, you need to redo the macro recording and all the delay timer setup manually if you wish to change a macro’s assigned key. Turns out I found a way relocate macros by amending the ini file but it’s gonna be too complicated to describe here. Con two, cache problem. After you import a layer to your keypad profile, modification of key function and macro will somehow stuck, no matter what had been adjusted, the setting can’t be saved. Finally I gotta reset the whole layer and redo the job in order to make it work. Bear in mind, don’t make mistake while setting up your key macros. every modification requires redo … so basically no modification needed. I’m trying to sort out the cache issue and will post if I find one. Over all, I love this keypad and it fulfilled required job with its complex macro ability; keys were nicely built; material quality is excellent. Comparing up pros and cons, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking at this. The cache issue “sounds” fatal and in fact… it is. But you can avoid modification if you can set it up properly by building up macros correctly everytime.

Good hardware, poor software
Great when it works but the software is janky and needs reinstalling every couple of weeks to be able to save to the device. Good hardware, poor software

Works as Expected
Each key and its LED color/intensity is programmable using the app, and the app is use friendly. The programming is saved into the keypad itself, including the layers, so you can just disable the app in the startup menu after programming the keypad. Changing layers will show an OSD which layer you switched into. If you don't want this OSD, close the app from task manager and disable it from the startup menu as well. There's a switch that lets you change which USB port will work, if you want to change to portrait or landscape orientation. Unfortunately, the app display stays in portrait, so programming in landscape can be a little confusing. The switch to change USB port is deep in the housing, so you'll need to switch it with something like a toothpick or small screw driver. 3rd party keycaps can be difficult to insert when on landscape orientation, but not impossible and not damaging. Included in the box are two legs for inclining, four silicon caps to cover the screw holes below, and MicroUSB cable. There are four screw holes under the keypad. The two legs are threaded into these holes for inclining. The only thing I think it lacks is a wrist rest. It would be good if there's a wrist rest that can also be screwed into the screw holes. I resorted to getting a mousepad that has wrist rest for this, I'll just put the keypad above the mousepad.

Easy to Program; Good Quality Build
I ordered this because I recently broke my left wrist and am temporarily unable to use my left hand. That makes it difficult to execute PC keyboard shortcuts than require more than one key, such as Ctl-C or Ctl-Alt-Delete. The software for the Falcon-20 is pretty intuitive to use. It took a bit of trial and error but I was quickly able to program keys on the to Falcon-20 execute the various multi-keystroke combinations with one key. I also assigned Falcon-20 keys to type commonly used text strings such as my full name, e-mail address, etc. This saves time when filling out internet dialogs. The unit is built solidly. Some of the youtube reviews I watched showed that the bottom was not enclosed, so the circuit board was exposed. The manufacturer must have changed the design because the unit I received is fully enclosed - the circuit board is not exposed. I am pleased with this device and I am sure I will find it useful even after my wrist heals.

Solid product
The overall product is high quality. My shipment showed up at my door busted open, and luckily all of the pieces were present somehow. The item works as expected, the software is great and works easily, which is the best part of this product. The fact that it is painless to setup. I suggest more attention be paid to the shipping and packing quality.
