Infinit NutritionHydrate (Strawberry Lemonade Non-Caffeinated)

I've been a long-time user of custom mixes by Infinit and find that they have checked every box I could ask for in my endurance training and racing nutrition. However, sometimes I need to hydrate before or well after a run, or maybe the morning after a fun evening, and I don't require the same caloric, carb, or sodium levels that my custom mixes have. ENTER Infinit Hydrate!!!! This was THE product to meet that need! Flavor was great and could be adjusted by the strength of the mix, and it was fantastic for drinking around the house or for shorter swims, bikes, and runs (anything 1.5 hours and under). I have a sweat rate of 6-7lbs/hour which sent me to the ER twice before I found Infinit, and ever since making the switch I have gone farther, gone faster, and felt more hydrated and fueled than any gel, tablet, or sports drink has ever. This is also the simplest nutrition system I've ever seen: one hour = one bottle. No need to bring a bag or carry a bunch of stuff. For some of my longest adventure races I will concentrate up to 4 hours in one bottle and utilize the on-course water to maintain the correct ratio, which keeps my kit simple, light, and easy to maintain. Infinit has literally saved my life, and if you're looking for a better nutrition and hydration product, look no further. Good citrus flavor; definitely less sweet, aka lower calories, than other energy drink mixes. I think this is a great option to have in rotation when you need more electrolytes and less calories. Great for short, hot workouts just like the package describes.

Only reason it didn’t get a 5 is because there is limited flavor options on Amazon.

Great product been using it for the past 5 years. Seems to work well on my sensitive stomach. I’ve used this product alone for a couple full Ironman races and some ultramarathons.

Great for pre-workout for hydration as well as during and post workouts to replenish electrolytes lost.

Really like the taste

I initially bought Hydrate thinking I would just use it after rides to rehydrate, but now I find myself putting it in my water bottles on shorter rides, and also I drink it before, after, or during enjoying a drink beverage or two. Works wonders let me tell you. I'm recovering better than ever on all fronts.
