In order to grow peppers from seeds, should I plant the seeds in the coco peat directly? Or mix soil with coco peat and then plant the seeds?

you can use both but I prefer just cocopeat as there are no chance of pest or any other seedlings to grow as in soil there is a chance and get confused with which actual seedling is it.
