If this maple syrup is not on your bucket list, it should be.
If Canadian maple syrup is not on your bucket list, it should be. And this particular brand, Canadian Finest, is the one you should get. I have been using pure organic maple syrup for years, but have always wanted to try Canadian maple syrup. I remember annual trips to see relatives in Canada when I was little, and to our youthful Aunt Jemima tastebuds, the Canadian maple syrup was a sip of heaven. We'd lick our plates, it was so good! We loved the little maple sugar candies, too.So fast forward to being a grown up and a mother, and I came across this maple syrup on Amazon. My mouth watered while I placed the order. Fortunately I have Amazon Prime, which I highly recommend, not just for the free 2-day shipping but the tons of free Amazon Prime movies and TV shows that we watch at home and on-the-go (there are also tons of rent or buy options, in addition to the free stuff).I couldn't wait to enjoy the Canadian Finest maple syrup. I made homemade blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries from a local farm, and heated up the syrup in a mug. It smelled sensational and I didn't have to call anyone in for breakfast that day!I have to admit I had a spoonful right away, all by itself. It was even better than I thought it would be. The perfect amount of sweetness and so flavorful! We enjoyed it on the pancakes that morning and every morning since! I thought I really was enjoying the maple syrup we've used for years, until I pampered my tastebuds with Canadian Finest maple syrup, and now we are hooked. Also, I used some to make my maple frosting, and it was 1000 times better than ever. Everyone was asking what I did differently.----Reading this over, I sound like a commercial for this syrup, but I can tell you that when I find a delicious gem like this, I have to tell others. I also will tell you if something is not good. But this was actually one of my best finds ever. Really affordable, and it's so flavorful that we actually use less than our previous syrups, so it lasts longer, too.

WONDERFUL Product and Service
I had tried this syrup months ago and absolutely loved it. I can never go back to the store brands after trying this product. You really can't find anything like this in supermarkets. I have read many posts online claiming grade a syrup is tastier (is that a word?) than grade b? That's definitely not the case here.Shipping was super fast. I ordered through Prime and received it right on time.My intended purpose buying this product was to use it as part of a detoxifying cleanse. While I chickened out of the cleanse, I will certainly be using it for my food, and maybe one day, the Master Cleanse. I'm a bit of a health freak and usually don't indulge in pancakes or french toast, but once in a while I like to give myself a treat. This product has incredible shelf life so I know it will be just as good if I use it today, tomorrow, or months from now.If this hasn't convinced you yet that this is the syrup for you, know that it comes from a small family business. The seller was kind enough to contact me after making my purchase to make sure I was 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase. Taking the time to reach out to me personally is something I've never experienced when making a purchase on Amazon, and something I was truly appreciative of.So, if you're looking for a fabulous, rich, flavorful syrup... look no further. Canadian Finest is your choice!

Great All-Natural Maple Flavor
As part of a new lifestyle change, I've started dabbling in healthier, more natural foods, especially exploring more "superfoods". Many of the recipes I've been using have started calling for real, high quality maple syrup because of the benefits over refined sweeteners (white sugar), like antioxidants and minerals like zinc and manganese (which improves immunity and metabolism respectively). For me, these are just bonuses. I'm not a health nut by any means, and while I love cane sugar, for my own benefit, I need to find natural sweet replacements most of the time. I don't have maple syrup every day, nor do I use it as my primary replacement (I use wonderful raw honey for that), but this syrup is exactly what I need sometimes, and my pancakes have never tasted so lumberjack-y.It is deliciously and obviously maple-y and a very pleasing rich brown. It's sweet with some depth to its flavor, and for as yummy and pure as it is, it's worth the price to avoid cheapo processed syrups in the grocery store. No regrets here, and it will last a long time.

Flavor is not exactly "robust"--but we like it. Subtle flavor, medium thickness, beautiful color, eco-friendly farm, real syrup
I had bought an amber grade maple syrup at Whole Foods and it had zero maple flavor. Might as well have been simple syrup, honestly. So, I came online and read the reviews and Googled up about grades to find one with more flavor. I decided to go up to the "dark robust." Now, robust means STRONG, INTENSE flavor, right?Short version: Nice improvement over the amber, tasteless one we bought earlier this year. Subtle maple flavor. Eco-friendly farm. Real maple syrup. Dark Robust classification.Longer version: Well, this is a very nice syrup, but robust is an exaggeration. We had given up syrup ages ago--except for sugar free back when I was prediabetic and the occasional honey treat on oatmeal.I started rebuying maple syrup for my hubby (no blood sugar or weight issues) for the antioxidant benefits as I make him paleo protein pancakes for breakfast 4 times a week. He likes this subtle and nice-textured syrup. It's not overly watery like some. It has a bit of maple flavor--actual flavor!--which is nice.I think next time I'm gonna try the even stronger, darker one. I really like to taste "maple-ness." This one works fine. We are enjoying it. But I just don't think "robust" is a proper classification adjective for this type of syrup. But I still recommend it as a quality, good thickness syrup for pancakes, waffles, or oatmeal/yogurt. Especially for folks who don't like "no taste" or "too much maple flavor" real syrups and want to support eco-friendly farming. (Which I do.)
