Very easy to operate and the auto features seem to cook accurately.

I have actually been using this steamer for a few years now and it works well, the food is cooked perfectly every time. My only complaint (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is that literally from day one the display on the front of the steamer is stuck on and keeps peeling off despite sticking it down every time it lifts away from the machine.

What did I do without this in my life. So easy to use, easy to clean. Brilliant. Only thing is it's large not easy for small kitchens or small cupboard space.

I first cooked vegetables in my new steamer after following the operating instructions and they cooked to perfection, the product was easy to clean afterwards and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I bought this november 2023, and it has just stooped working, sadly, its 2 months past any returns.

Slow to start steaming (about 3 mins). Lid started to show cracking after 3 months. Lid top fell off after 5 months. There is no integrated power lead storage / tidying. It does the job but I doubt very much that it is the best as much as the Google search results might try to convince you to you.

As with all items, treat with respect and it should last. Good value steamer. I had a steamer years ago which eventually broke and I tried the traditional boil water on the job steamer. That method usually results in over cooking. Using this steamer is gentler and you’re more likely to get good results. Even when I have over cooked the vegetables, they are still tasty and retain flavour. Very easy to use and the steaming pot is great of small veg like sweetcorn and rice. Easy to swill under the faucet, I don’t use dishwasher as I’m sure that will shorten the life of the plastic parts. Dishwasher usually shortens life of everything including metal pans. I’ve even steamed fish using this product. It’s a good versatile and flexible product that does what it says on the tin.
