I started to have elbow pain (both elbows) recently. I'm in my late 30's and have been lifting weights since high school. I got a 405lbs squat and deadlift. Bench 275lbs and can do 120lb dumbbells flat bench and incline bench as my 2nd exercise after barbell benches. The above is just to give you an idea of the strain I put on my joints. I also wear elbow sleeves recently to see if this helps with the pain, it doesn't. The elbows don't hurt during the lift, but the days after. This product took about a week to work and the pain has been gone since. So I am now taking this on a regular basis.I have been wearing knee sleeves for years and my knees are fine. So is my shoulder and lower back. It's just the elbows. I also have been taking 3000mg Glucosamine, 1000mg MSM, and 3000mg Chondrodin, 1000 MG EPA/DHA fish oil for years. So basically, I've been taking for years everything that I can to prevent joint pains.

Have used for several years - worth the price
Several years ago I injured my knee, and after more than 2 weeks it wasn't healing much. A knowledgeable person at a health food store recommended this product. Within a week my knee was WAY better - no exaggeration. The health food store guy explained that inflammation was jamming things up so my blood vessels couldn't get the bad stuff out and bring the good stuff in to help the knee get better, and the Wobenzym opened things up. Later I used this again for another problem and once again the results were excellent. Consult a medical or similar expert, but my guy told me to increase the dosage for a while, and that definitely helped. Now I take the standard dose daily to prevent inflammation of any type - that's where many diseases get going, as far as I understand it.

Joint pain gone surgery recovery cut in half
My doctor prescribed wobenzym 2 weeks prior to my having surgery. My doctor is a firm believer in wobenzym reducing post surgery bruising and swelling. Best advice I have ever received as two of my sisters had the same surgery, different doctors, BIG difference in healing time and bruising. As an added bonus, my joints are pain free from using wobenzym. I am a customer for life. I am 66 years old…life changer!
