Ah yes good old Mepps - pike killers for sure

I catch all my pike on these Mepps. They love these spinners. The only issue I’ve ever had with Mepps is that they are so sharp that they catch and refuse to let go of any snag in the water (or tree, if you over cast). I’ve only lost Mepps due to snags I couldn’t get out…so if I’m ever in conditions where casting is dicey due to lots of potential snags, I go with something other than Mepps. But definitely one of my top 3 go to pike lures. Have even caught big walleye on them.

These lures have great spinning blade action and catch any species, bass, trout, perch, bluegill and snapper blues.
