Overall I found this a pleasant assembly experience and am very pleased with this robust trolley.The Package was delivered by DPD. Arrived within one hour time slot they allocated. I tracked delivery on their app. It even notified me when I was next delivery. Good experience.Trolley parts were really well packed so no damage.Assembly instructions were in the drawer unit. The easy to follow instructions suggested two people should do assembly. I found it easy enough to assemble the Trolley on my own.The casters were easy to bolt to the legs using the supplied spanner together with a ring spanner.The legs were easy to fit to the bottom shelf with it on my work bench at working height.Then by wedging the centre shelf and then the top shelf roughly in place with some of the cardboard packing, it was then easy to get one bolt, washer and nut in place on each shelf corner. I found it helpful to use a box spanner to fit the small nuts to the bolts.It took me about two hours to assemble the trolly on my own, including fitting the casters to the legs and fitting 48 small nuts and bolts for the shelves.

Excellent tool trolley, very sturdy and easy to assemble. All nuts are domed nuts so no nasty cuts or scratches once assembled. All 4 wheels swivel which is essential for ease of moving it about in the garage.

It came well packed and all the items were undamaged. The instructions were in the drawer (as another reviewer has stated) but they were not complete as they fail to mention installing the tool hanger. However, assembly was straightforward. The completed product is reasonably sturdy. My main compalint is the misleading size given in the product description where is says the size is 80cm x 40cm whereas it is actually 60cm x 40cm. If it had been as described I would have given it 5 stars rather than 3 and the VFM rating would have been higher, too.

First impression the trolley was great but after a week of using it in the garage it started to wobble and come loose.We’ve had to tighten the bolts multiple times since and it’s already starting to buckle. Would not recommend if you’re planning to use it for its intended purpose and use it store tools and things. May be good for very light things.

There are no instructions, all the nuts were loose in the box so no idea of what is missing and no when you get it its not as obvious as one might hope how it goes together, you might like this if you are a fan of the old mechano toys and just like playing with nuts and bolts,otherwise forget it

Got this for my boyfriend, who is a mechanic. He needed something to move his tools around a vehicle. He says it’s very usual and had no issues putting it together

I now have two of these tool trolleys. I found the assembly very easy with the aid of the appropriatesize of ring spanner as well as the supplied thin spanner.

Seems good but there is no instruction manual on how to put it together
