Does this motor have full rotation? I noticed one comment said it oscillates only 1/4 turn. Is it a continuous rotation or does it oscillate?

It's suppose to rotate continuously. Mine oscillated a 1/4 turn back and forth, never making a full rotation. I returned it and bought a different one for a little more $ on Amazon (50 lb motor from a competitor) and am extremely satisfied.

Does anyone know the speed of rotation?

I can't answer with specific info, but from my experience I would say most grill rotisserie motors are geared down to turn at about 10 RPM. Some may be a bit faster or slower, but I think that is pretty close.
