As a huge rice eater, I have been doing Keto and rice is a no-no. So I saw this and figured I'd try it. As a standalone rice ... no way. But in chilli and curry, this has been excellent. I now enjoy eating my chilli and curries with this product. It give me the rice texture I have been missing without the carbs. Very helpful during my Keto dieting.

It’s not the flavor because I’m able to build a good flavor , but it’s the consistency for me , it’s odd and chewy and bouncy idk how to even explain it ... sorry won’t buy it again , I rather just give up rice all together.

Definitely does not look like real rice, as pictured. Has no taste and texture is a little off but absorbs flavor extremely well. Fried in a little butter with fresh garlic and rosemary. Topped with fresh Parmesan and we were very impressed!

These are weird. Firstly, you need a fine mesh strainer to get the grains free and clean of the preservative liquid they’ve been floating in. Also, 14 servings per pouch? Maybe two servings. Strange smell, almost no discernible taste. I paired half the pouch with some keto bone broth chicken curry. 5/10. Big hassle - would not buy again.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how much you get. I’ve made many of these noodle and rice substitutes and have never worked with one that doesn’t smell fishy, but this product had no odor! Definitely will repurchase

This product felt like a was popping small beads of water in my mouth.

Nasty tasteless, texture awful, threw the rest away. Won’t ever order it again.

Can’t eat the noodles ( not good) but thd rice ( our enemy) does the trick . TRY THE RICE! You’ll be happy you did!
